Can we unsign a 2 way player? Hicks has no business with one of those deals.

Trier makes me yearn for Chasson Randle.

Yes. All they have to do is rescind the offer if it hasn't been officially signed already (which I don't think it has).

What’s the problem with Hicks? Sure he can’t shoot..and sure he can’t dribble, and he doesn’t really defend or rebound well and he isn’t a special passer but I’m sure he’s a good kid.

Yes, good kid. He eats all his food at each meal like a good chubby ol' boy.

Both. Run of the mill Gleague contracts for Trier and Hicks.

Is this where I whine about Knox being a bust? FOH! Teams are already planning their defenses around our rook damn impressive.

I used to think that Kp could now go out on the wing and guard Wings while Robinson stepped back and guarded the rim. My bad Robinson, you sir can guard the motile power forwards while KP stay at the rim

“When you play with energy, things go well,’’ the 20-year-old Robinson said afterward. “When you work hard, it’s not that hard to do. You got to focus and play hard. That’s it.”

“He’s got elite quickness off his feet, but the question is: Does it get negated when he’s going against 260-pound guys?” one NBA scout said.

If Irving is mulling the Knicks as a 2019 free agent, which sources say he is, then he had to like what he saw in the super athletic Robinson, as he sat next to Jaylen Brown.

Presumably on hand to watch his Celtics, Irving saw his teammate, forward Semi Ojeleye, give Knox a rough time at UNLV as Boston posted the victory. Ojeleye is considered among the up-and-coming young defenders.

Coming off a 29-point explosion versus the Lakers, Knox looked stiff, perhaps with tired legs in his 35 minutes. Knox’s jumper was wobbly, and he rarely got to the basket as he finished with 15 points on 5-of-20 shooting, and committed four turnovers.

Mitchell made up for it with his active play. He also limited his fouls to one after totaling 18 in the first three games. In the loser’s bracket, the Knicks finish up in consolation play Friday against an undetermined opponent.

“It’s playoff time you get six fouls, you’re out,’’ Robinson said. “I just got to wait for the ball to leave someone’s hand and go get it.”

Though occasionally he finds himself out of position, Mitchell makes up for it with lateral quickness and an instinctive nose for the ball.

“I was pretty happy with my defense,’’ Mitchell said. “They set a lot of screens and you have to get through that and get back to my man.’’

A man of few words, Mitchell, who is averaging 4.1 blocks per game, likes to keep it simple. Asked what makes him a good shot-blocker, Mitchell said, “You know the player either has to shoot it or pass it.’’

After dropping out of Western Kentucky, as the story goes, he spent every day training for the NBA, even having a session with Pelicans center Anthony Davis.

“Was an everyday thing,’’ Mitchell said. “No days off. Only days off was Sunday. That’s church day, but we just grinded every day. I picked [Davis’] brain. He’s been in the league for a while now, showed me a lot of things, ins and outs.”

Robinson signed his contract over the weekend. The Post reported it was a four-year package for $6.4 million with team options after the second and third years. It looks like the Knicks won’t have a tough decision.

Watching the replay on Knox today I see a guy who made many good moves, but who is a little burnt out from the insane adrenalin rush of being an 18 year old bursting on to the scene in the NBA. He's just frazzled from the rush of it all and needs a little rest and chill, that's all.

Kind of like being with your first lover and you spend that first weekend locked into a room together, Knox is simply fapped out from all of the excitement of it actually happening for him, that's all it is.

Using his left to block the layup on the fast break.

Big men always go up with the right but he went up with the left.

It’s stupid but I always look for that in shot blockers

At the end of the quarter you see knox side eyeing him and probably thinking to himself wtf is this dudes problem.

In all seriousness if this kid trains his legs and core he’s going to be a dominant force at the 5 for years to come.

Hands down we finally got a steal in the draft. He may have less game experience compared to the other lottery picks but he makes up for it with his pro training and gaining knowledge from a young vet like Davis. With his hard work, natural ability and IQ we are going to see great things from him sooner rather than later.
