Watching some of the second half the thing that stood out the most was how passive Ferg was. For the most part he let Hamilton, Dozier, and Burton handle everything, mainly hanging in the corner or acting as the screener and popping. It would’ve been nice to have an actual PG out there since he was wide open plenty of times but Hamilton and Dozier seemed content to get blocked by JJJ over and over.

Diallo seems a good bet to get a roster spot and potentially see some time, already appears more competent than Huestis. Really hope we cut ties with Hamilton but I’m sure Presti will give him a Dakari type deal.

I know the Golden Rule about SL is to never get too high or too low about a player's performance. However, I'd probably take Diallo as a backup wing right now over both Ferguson and Huestis.
Said in a thread about which point guards would make OKC better if they replaced Westbrook:

I think there's still a chance Diallo ends up D Leaguing it this year but if he does, I certainly hope it has nothing to do with the team wanting to bring back Josh Huestis.

Burton might be better than Felton. Hamilton has the most disgusting game I’ve ever seen.

The last play was very thunderesque. Amirite?

Deonte Burton balling out, I love it. I'd be surprised if he's not an NBA contributor down the line.

Burton's a great kid and a great story. I hope he makes something of himself in the league (preferably here).

What was Diallo's deal today? Probably good to see him play like that so I don't get too high on him just yet.

So true. Play designed for one thing, completely falls apart from the get go. Our "superstar" just says eff it and does it himself.

That was at least a fun ending. Thunderesque is right but Burton is fun.

So Burton is a future Superstar right?

An aside, the commentary in these games is painful.

From what I've seen in SL, Dozier has some talent. He's better than Hamilton imo.

Was thinking the same thing. I believe he was a 2 guard in college so it's actually pretty impressive that he has transitioned into more of a combo guard/1 as a pro.

But yeah, I've seen enough D. Ham.

It's no wonder he's washed out of every coaching gig he's ever had. Can you imagine listening to that fool everyday in practice?
