This thread is making me hungry.

Agreed on the avocado bacon burger of doom, that thing is frikkin' beautiful. I have not had one in a while, so I know what I will be eating for lunch tomorrow.

Just read about that, what a POS. I hope Rudy visits him in his new home, for old times sake.

No conservation orders issued yet, but this heat wave could be brutal. Watch your power usage!

The current weather patterns are putting a lot of strain on the grid, and while ERCOT hasn't issued a conservation warning yet, it's usually a good idea at this time of year to be mindful of power usage, anyway.

How about them Bregman and Springer fellas last night, eh? Back to back jacks, first teammates to do that in an ASG since 1975.

Now if Springer gets hot in the second half, watch out! Gonna be fun times.

So I always assumed, but was never able to find it.

Charles Barkley’s standing reach was 8’10”.
He weighed 270+ at 6’6” for a lot of his career.

Low center of gravity, first to put up his arms in a lot of cases.
Check out highlight clips, his arms are WAAAAAAAAY over his head. Shawn Marion was the same way, but couldn’t push everyone around like a big fat rag doll.

I don't care what anyone says about Sir Charles, and what he may be today, but the man was an absolute BEAST of a player in his glory days. I still have him as an easy #2 All-Time PF behind Duncan(screw that Malone guy). Can you imagine if he, Dream, and Drexler had been able to team up earlier?

My god...I can't even...I mean....when I visualize that.....

Sir Charles was an absolute beast among men. The guy had that great touch, on-court awareness...and he could bully everyone this side of Dream or Shaq.

Plus, the dude had great commercials in a vanilla era.

For as much as I dislike his announcing, I’ve always liked Clyde. He seems like he’d be a great guy to sit on the front lawn and sip on a morning pot of percolated coffee with while casually shooting the breeze. True southern gentleman, that fella.

Also just as good as Jordan and MILES better than Kobe.
