Kinda what I’ve been assuming since the triangles were first mentioned... would make sense with the whole forest animal mascot thing.

Probably a combo of both. Lots of times you'll find things blended into company logos (arrow in FedEx, "mom" in Wendys as examples) so I wouldn't be surprised if they've got something like that they're trying to work in there.

The Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center plaza will host the Christkindlmarket, an authentic German holiday festival, from Nov. 17-Dec. 31. Brought to Milwaukee by German American Events, LLC, Christkindlmarket will offer the delight of a German festival in the heart of one of America’s most German cities while celebrating the holiday season with festive shopping, delicious European and German delicacies, hot spiced wine, fine beer, hand-crafted ornaments, entertainment, family fun and more.

The Christkindlmarket Milwaukee will transform the plaza into a picturesque holiday village featuring around 30 vendors in traditional candy cane striped wooden huts. Rooted in German tradition, the Christkindlmarket is a place for celebration and holiday cheer. Visitors will be delighted by live entertainment and activities throughout the event, and will make holiday memories to last a lifetime.

The hours for Christkindlmarket Milwaukee are as follows:

Sunday-Thursday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday-Saturday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Thanksgiving (Nov. 23), Christmas Eve (Dec. 24), and New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31): 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Christmas Day (Dec. 25): Closed
Admission to the Christkindlmarket Milwaukee is free. For more information on Christkindlmarket Milwaukee, visitwww.christkindlmarket.com/Milwaukee. Detailed information about vendors, events and activities will be added as they are finalized.

Seems like a good fit and it's a good idea since nothing else will be open down there for awhile.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Sure but none of those look like the M logo. I'm sure there are M's in there because you can pick out a letter like that when you're using a bunch of different shapes to try to make something else.

The ones marked in the red boxes clearly are the M logo if you zoom in.

Not the end of the world. The wood is lighter than I would have liked. The deer head is nice at center court.

Another missed opportunity ?
The Bucks could've modeled their jerseys after a perennial hockey classic:

I love how this new court has the traditional college lane lines within the green NBA lane. The past few courts the Bucks used didn't have those.

Also, it looks like they have a spot for the arena name, but of course, still no name has been announced. I bet they unveil the name at the arena opening in late August.

My first thought was that it was some geometric camo...and that made me a little uneasy.

Milwaukee Bucks Dancers will show less skin, perform routines that are 'welcoming to everyone'

https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/local/2018/07/24/milwaukee-bucks-revamping-dancers-and-game-entertainment/820143002/

The Milwaukee Bucks Dancers will show less skin and tone down the sexy routines as the team prepares to move to its new $524 million arena.

The re-set of the Dancers is part of an overall "rethinking" of the in-game entertainment led by Johnny Watson, the team's director of live programming and entertainment.

"Teams have gotten way too 'out there,'" said Petra Pope, a consultant working with the Bucks dancers.

"The costumes have gotten super skimpy," she said. "They should understand that's not adding to the solution -- it's adding to the problem."

Pope, a former NBA dancer with 35 years of experience, visited Milwaukee last winter to observe a couple of games and was brought back this summer to oversee auditions and the revamping of the dancer program.

I care. Always thought it made no sense to have half naked ladies doing sexy dances at a basketball game. Why would you want a boner at a sporting event?
