I'd gladly trade Porter, Oubre/Brown and a 1st for him if needed.
You would do this for one year of Kawhi Leonard?

Yes, I like Otto but not for his contract. Sending him alone would be unlikely to get a deal done. I rather get that off the books and take a chance of elevating the team to a higher level instead of staying as a subpar PO team every year.
WE ARE NOT SUBPAR BECAUSE OF OTTO PORTER
he is worth every single penny of that max deal. Basketball is not all about points per game and flashy highlights. Otto Porter is our best defender. he rebounds as well as our starting PF, he can guard multiple positions effectively. He plays harder than anyone else on the team. He's extremely high character, he's a ridiculously efficient offensive player that literally never does dumb sh**. Can score from every level, doesn't turn it over, doesn't ever hijack the offense, always hustles and makes the extra effort plays. The guy has never even had poor body language on the court once, on a dumpster fire team that loses to every sub 500 team in the NBA, never once has he even thrown his arms up in the air at a teammate.
I mean, he averages 17-7-2-2 only 1.1 turnovers per 36 on .600 TS% and is basically top 20 in the NBA for every advanced stat known to man. He's also only 24 years old.
He is EXACTLY what you want in a basketball player. If we lose him "just to get his contract off the books" this franchise is completely f***** and i'm out. Hell, I might be somewhat happy to see him go, just so he can up his usage somewhere else, playing for a coach that isn't a moron, and show all of the casual fans that he can easily average 20 ppg
