not that melo is blameless. but he is what he is. he did sacrifice, and i think he would have been willing to go a lot further had the team not treated him with such reverence for 3/4 of the year. it's going to be frustrating when he joins the rockets and becomes a .700 3Pr spot up shooter and a positive influence on one end of the court, anyway. that could have happened here.
