One would think he'd regain more of his athleticism in year two in addition to whatever improvements he makes to his game.

I like OG and wanted to put him on the poll but it only gives you 10 options.
In fact, there are a ton of players that could surprise and make a huge leap this year, including:

OG
Isaac
Adebayo
John Collins
JAllen
Semi
Jordan Bell
Dorsey
Brook
Anigbogu

Ton of talent here.

You've named 20 players now and still no mention of Fox. The training wheels are going to be taken off this coming season and Ball will still avoid playing him.

  before Fox should start worrying about Lonzo he should first worry about being better than Frank Mason.

DSJ for sure. He now has a backcourt mate with major skills and IQ in Doncic to draw some attention off of him, and find him a bit more when he's off the ball so he can attack the lanes and possibly hit corner 3's. Then you added DeAndre Jordan who sets the best screens in the NBA arguably and will be a huge lob threat+fastbreak threat, opening the lanes for DSJ and giving him another rim target.

In terms of biggest leap, it will be Fultz... doing anything is a huge leap and I personally don't think he's a bust.

But for the most impactful leap, my money is with DSJ.

Still, it's crazy how good that draft class was/is ..but Fultz and Lonzo are the 2 names that come to mind.

Lonzo- in order to move into the convo of super elite young talents just has to hit 2 free throws, another 3, and any 2 pointer. right there alone he is a 17/7/10 pg this coming season. If he can every year improve my 1-3 shots a game, he's a bonafide star in no time

Nah, his play is gunna lead to a lot of hot-takes on the topic of the Magic taking Bamba this season.

Trade me Furkan & Kemba. :D

Seriously tho, let me get Kemba when you're ready. We're perfect trading partners.

Bamba will outplay his ass too. I was praying that the Knicks didn't take him. Just like I prayed for the Knicks to not take MPJr. :D

Josh Jackson will probably make the biggest leap. 2nd player is a little a more difficult to guess. Maybe Jonathan Isaac?

I dont think lonzo takes enough FTs to get 2 more from FTs per night, maybe 1 after improving his rim attacking abilities.

I do think he will scores at least 1 extra 3/2 pointer per night which gets his ppg to 13.5 range. He might do better...

13.5/8/9 assists per night and better than kidd numbers already.

Just from the laker standpoint since we have 3 sophomores. I think Ball and Hart make a jump and Kuzma regresses. Ball dealt with an unprecedented amount of scrutiny/hate last year and still came out okay and I think the poor shooting had a lot to do with that pressure. Kuzma had no pressure but Made first team rookie. I think with the added pressure for Kuz and lessened pressure for Ball their games progress in opposite directons
