Yep. That’s really all this is. We have that cap expert and I think he is behind some of these minor moves and odd contract stretch decisions. Just freeing up small amounts of cash to achieve a certain number.
I also think when we waive guys he is looking to get cash back in small trades to get that money out of the red.
I agree, Pete is earning his money. We demand attention for detail from our players, FO showing they do their job too.
