Danny is one of the best guys out there - great locker room presence, great community leader and inspiration, terrific defender with a sneaky knack for out-of-nowhere blocks. Grateful for all you've done for the Spurs on and off the court, Danny! Pure class. Thank you!

Brutal losing him because of that quitter. Great locker room guy. Always positive and motivated. Did lots of work within the community. One of the last guys left on the roster that really bought into the Spurs culture(alongside Manu). The locker room is pretty much dead now, filled with divas that want their touches(LMA), disgruntled choke artists(Derozan) and guys phoning it in until retirement(Pau)
Nope. You're doing "appreciation" wrong. Derailing / baiting is not the way.

Thanks for everything Danny!
Almost single-handedly won the Finals for us in 2013 games 1-4. I hope you find your shot again in Toronto. They will love you if that happens.

Hate that we lost Danny as a result of Kawhi's stupidity... He's been a Spur for 8 years. One of the greatest Spur role-players ever. Huge part of the SA/South TX community. 2nd all-time in franchise history in 3-pointers made. Almost won a Finals MVP in 2013 if not for missed FT's and Ray Allen's miracle 3. And one of the coolest/friendliest Spurs players I've ever met in person. Sucks. Hope we sign him again before he retires tbh.
