The only ones I really care about are the ones we might try and resign next year:
Oubre 4 years $56M
Sato 3 years $16M
Green 2 years $11M
Bryant 2 years $11M
Oubre 4 years $56M
Sato 3 years $16M

WAS should try to come to an agreement w Oubre before the offseason. Someone is gonna throw a lot of money at him if they strike out on a marquee guy

That seems an awful lot of $$ to throw at Jeff Green, who'll be 33 when next season begins.

A lot of bad contracts coming off books this year in NBA. I think Sato and maybe Oubre get big offers. Kelly if shooting improves.
Sato 4/38
Oubre 4/60
Sato 4/38
Oubre 4/60

That seems right in line with EG's past performance. This very easily could be the DeShawn Stevenson 2.0(or are we at a higher version) contract. A good year from Jeff Green could easily trick EG into retaining him on a deal that is too much and too long(anything over 1 year at this point).

But there is also a massive supply of available free agents.
Also, understand that many of those bad contracts coming off the books will get a lot of teams out from luxtax territory but not necessarily get them significantly below the cap. There are about 16 teams who will below the cap by an amount greater than the MLE, about 10 of whom will be able to put together max contracts.
But there are at least 9 all-star caliber free agents available who are a much higher priority for teams than a guy like Oubre or Sato:
Durant
Kawhi
K.Irving
J.Butler
Klay
T.Harris
Kemba
Cousins
KAT (RFA)
Porzingis (RFA)
And then after those guys, you get into other guys whom some teams may value more than Oubre:
M.Turner (RFA)
T.Rozier (RFA)
Larry Nance Jr. (RFA)
T.Evans
Mirotic
And then there's a handful of wings that can do basically what Oubre does, though maybe some are older. But the point is, with the supply of wings out there, it may drive down the price of Oubre. Why spend $16M a year on Oubre (and tie up your money while waiting on Washington to match) when you can get one of these guys for half that?
KCP
Mbah a Moute
R.Gay
D.Green
Aminu
Stanley Johnson (RFA)
Winslow (RFA)

Rivers: 2 years 20 mill with the Guangdong tigers.
Morris: 10.50/hour at Walmart
Brooks: 500K to be Gary Oldmans stunt double

It only takes one team to make a crazy offfer. I’m not saying I would pay them that, but I think some team will.

I think all it would take is for Green to duplicate his play in Cleveland last year. That guy was a perfectly solid, taxpayer-MLE-caliber guy. The only reason he didn't cost that much this year was because nobody is convinced he can play that well when not alongside Lebron.
I'm not saying the Wizards will pay Green 2 years $11M, but I do think somebody will if he duplicates last year's performance.

2017-2018 Jeff green was even better than Morris. He’s 32 though

True. That's why I'm talking about a 2-year deal. Not a 4-year deal. 2 years, $11M seems completely reasonable if Green can duplicate his Cleveland year. Last year, he averaged 17 points 5 boards and 2 assists per 36 minutes with an ORtg of 115 and serviceable defense. He did so over 24 minutes per game.
