LOLOLOL i watched the clip. He was actually licking his chops and was excited to see Lebron leave. What a champion mindset.

I'm gonna laugh so hard when Lowry throws Casey and DeMar under the bus for the playoff struggles in his typical passive aggressive manner. Man's tryna escape when Dellascrub busted his ass

S/O to TZ!

I hate DeRozan
don't let the door hit you on the way out you crybaby. Lol at the "I sacrificed so much". bull. Lowry sacrificed his offense to make you look better when in reality he's the more efficient scorer and it would make more sense for him to take the most shots on the team.

From a human perspective I can understand Demar's frustration with essentially being labeled as a scapegoat; but from a basketball perspective, that comes with the territory of being a star and a leader.

Bruh I can't imagine how Lowry is feeling lol. Dude's probably like "mutha"
Lowry’s top priority at this point of his career, is likely to win a championship. Kawhi certainly gives us a better chance at that.

Ive always been critical of Derozan but i HOPE within the next couple interviews or quotes he gives, theres an apology that follows for how he's acting now. He's looking to get booed in the city that gave him everything at this rate.

And if Masai told Demar he was in talks and the deal fell apart. You dont think Demar would be pissed he was even being considered to be traded he would have still crapped about loyalty behind closed doors and most likely would have asked to be traded a year after. It works bith ways DD just stfu and get on with life.
Also you put it out there for the team and it still was sht and failed. Any Manager who is decent would move in from that. You know whats loyalty Demar, trading your fake allstar 3 years too late just because you were loyal!

I don't think people should turn on him for this tbh. Its pretty normal for players to be mad at management when they get traded, especially when they didn't want to be traded

He’s probably mostly talking about all the hours he put in to get better. He did leave a few mil on the table in his last contract, though.

He'll learn some lessons from this. Its his first time moving organizations.....
There is a world of difference between being upset, and making defamatory comments about your employer on the way out.
I've seen the whole "fired from their job" comparison on here, and what Demar did was equivalent to getting fired (or transferred to another city) and then sending a group email to everyone he knows that the organization lies and cant be trusted. Then later on, when hearing what the company said in response to that (when they shouldn't have had to say anything at all) is to send out another passive aggressive message implying that's not true either (the facepalm). Then his agent doubles down and says the same thing. And now, in an actual interview, he backs away from the initial comments and says that the company's story was actually what happened, that there was a discussion about the future that he was relying on that was taken away when the company chose to change directions. Now he is saying he wanted to be warned in advance - not that he was lied to.
In other words, he started all this anti-Toronto hate over a false accusation.
(and this is why people are escorted out of some companies when they are let go - to prevent things from getting worse)
How can I expect his supporters to understand the difference when Demar himself probably doesn't?
Meh. Its all very innocent in my mind. I kind of expected this from him.
Based on what I have interpreted over the years, Demar is a salt of the earth kind of guy & loyalty is big on his moral standard.
Right now he is experiencing kind of a "moral injury". He wasn't treated in a way that he feels people should treat one another.........especially when those people have a solid relationship.
Is there some naivete on his behalf when it comes to the business side......sure.

* Props to the man, the myth, the legend......TZ.

he would have said something like "I sacraficed nine years of the team, and for them to turn their back on me and not trust my work ethics to get better... that's just disrespectful" #provemclowns
