I'm actually super excited about Danny Green now after hearing the Spurs medical staff failed to detect a torn groin last year. His defense was solid, but a farcry from what it was when he defended LeBron in those finals. And his shooting was so damn erratic.

Though if he really was suffering from a tear in his groin, that explains it all.

He's had such an odd three year stretch TS wise but I do believe he wasn't 100%.

With more ball movement and focus away from ISO ball, I feel he will thrive.

He's still only 31 which isn't old, that's when guys are pretty much at their best- especially a shooter. I think if he's 100% his defense should obviously improve as well.
