Nice....that musta been pretty cool. I got to see him play an Anfield about 10 years ago, and I kept waiting to see one of his crazy, power kicks. He had a couple.....no goals unfortunately. He's one of the guys I always liked on our squad.

Good to hear he's a decent guy on top of it. That's awesome.

Lallana is never not injured. Shaqiri was a Bayern player at one point. Lallana has only looked good for 6 months for Liverpool.

shaqiri was a relegated stoke player afterwards, what does that tell you?

Lallana was great for southampton

There's not one Liverpool fan who thinks Lallana is a better option than Shaqiri. Give your head a wobble.

But you're a Liverpool fan and therefore not neutral.

I'm a Leicester fan so completely neutral.

Seems a lot of money for a backup keeper but he had good potential before getting lost in pool.

He's injured so much of the time, I can't imagine anyone paying 20m for him.

Crystal Palace away is going to be tough but these are the games we need to win. Joe Gomez better be aware cuz he has a tendency to fall asleep.

If you are serious contenders the only games that you shouldn't be winning are away to the other top 5. Crystal Palace really should be 6 pts.

I think that you can allow a couple stinkers....you know, maybe 2-3 ties and a loss that you have no business doing. Woulda buried you last year....but on most years, you can survive a couple. But on the whole....I think your spot on. If we're dropping points to CP game 2 of the season.....we're just wasting everyone's time.

I can't seem to explain this enough, but I think there are a 100 things Klopp is doing that are absolutely great. But he's gotta get this team up for these games....otherwise all the other stuff is for naught.

Nah....not nearly so bad actually. There were a few particularly brutal years there....but it's all part of the ups and downs of a team. This Liverpool business is unreal. 28-29 years? Zero prem titles?

It's time. We gotta hoist the prem. It's time.

Liverpool's achilles heel has been away games against crap teams parking the bus. Been going on for quite some time. If they want to seriously challenge for trophies, they need to fix that. CP will be a test but only one of many.
