Well done guys. Now let's get that championship.
Thanks for the honesty.MorbidHEAT wrote:My dislike for Lin started during Linsanity. It was absurd. It's probably irrational dislike at this point, but man he gets on my nerves. He's been tearing us up though.

capela was the only guy whose salary they were willing to pay luxury tax on. makes perfect sense

It's a fair contract for Capela. He's good, but he's not elite, and the market for centers is at an all time low. The only way he was getting max money is if a very bad and desperate team like the Suns gave it to him next summer.
18m is good almost 20 pretty close to Adams type of deal
Dr Huge Pecs wrote:Why is capella being compared to adams? Adams has had far more success in the nba over a longer period of time. Capella had... One good year???
This is why these contracts are so ridiculous. A guy who has one good year, a contract year btw compares himself to another guy who has been bringing it every night for many years.
The new guy wants the vets deal...which was basically a reward for service. Let's see if capella can live up to this deal or lets not.
The terrible off season for houston continues.
