Jimmer Fredette

Saw this out of the Basketball Tournament

and Jimmer is going nuts. he's averaging 40 points. I know it's minor league basketball. but isn't this the same as summer league.

it's still some talent out there.

He looks quick footed. his handle is looking great like it improved. I scouted the guy. He's always seem slow but I've never seen him like this.

in the NBA his range is looking great. quick release three point shot was looking nice. he was swishing it the ball was just hitting the net. and he was beating his man off of the dribble.

With Lebron and I only say this because of LeBron like Jordan with Kerr with a great player Like Lebron. Lebron is going to be constantly double teamed he's going to free up a lot of open shooting and spacing so wide open three's and he can score at will in this free flowing Luke Walton system that fits his game. with Lebron he's going to get great looks at the rim.

I like the signing bring him in for a training camp invite. and sign him to a two way contract immediately. He's humbled since not being in the league and being in china. what really stands out to me is he's finally SHOOTING THE BALL!!!!!!! he's not hiding in the corner. knowing to be in the league he has to shoot I think he will come in and shoot and give us a different look with Rondo and Ball.

But he should only be on the court with Lebron. like Beasley let's give him a chance. #LAKERS

Jimmer is basically Andrew Goudelock, i mean sure he'd be alright as a bench player but we don't need a S.G. do we. He'd be better off going to Europe to be honest and averaging 25PPG there.

I loved Andrew Goudelock, so that signing Fredette sounds like a good idea to me, but........

this sounds like an even better idea.

Don't get me wrong, i love Goudelock but we have a lot of S.G's and not a lot of roster space left.

Return to Los Angeles Lakers
