Can sometime tell me whether a team in luxury tax has more than just the tax MLE and BAE. Can that team use the Room MLE?

Room MLE is only for teams that had cap space to start with.

Oubre, I love his game, he is fast, long, do a little everything and shoot threes.
Overpayed but with no major injuries currently I will be getting 75 games a year out of him and he is also a nice highlight player.

I know LAC dealt him to Boston - where did he go from there?
