What exactly is everyone waiting for? As a general rule, people don't sign blank contracts and then have the details filled in later.

A better question is ... has Wade received any offer at all from the Heat? And no, saying that you'd like to have him back is not an offer of any sort.

Idk what Capela is supposed to do about it now. He probably could've gotten a better contract in a different market, but what he got isn't awful either. He could've taken the qualifying offer if he was that pissed.

Also, if teams like atl gt and sacramento didn't even make an offer sheet, maybe his market wasn't as strong as we thought?

He can do what lots of guys do when they sign a long term deal. Quit giving a damn. He can start worrying about scoring and not playing defense.
