Not lying, haven't seen the replay until now. You're right, there were defenders around him, but he was dribbling out the clock. Any shot, whether it's contested or not, is better than no shot, or even a pass would've been better. Doesn't change his BBIQ. I doubt he would've been killed for taking and missing a shot, he does that all the time. He got killed for doing what he did.
