Alabama fans are the worst.

I was at Beefy King for lunch, just sitting down in a ucf shirt that's says perfection and 13-0, not even my national champs shirt. And this guy is cleaning up and about to leave and goes "do you really think they could've beat Alabama?"

Didn't sound antagonistic but I'm realistic so I say "I think it would've been a game" to which he replies, "it would've been a game for about 5 minutes."

I kind of roll it off and stick to it being competitive and as he's leaving he decides to get in quick shots, "every Alabama starter is a 5 star, you guys get 3 stars. Play 8 SEC teams a year and you'd go 4-8 every year"

I threw in "yea we'd have big problems with Kentucky and Vanderbilt. Have fun playing Mercer and Citadel!" As he walked out.

So annoying.

Don’t sweat it lol. I can’t think of anything else good about Alabama other then their football team.

They’re not even an R1 university.

I don't like Alabama but if we can enter a season where Alabama plays at the Florida Gators Campus, I sure will like to get a ticket although prices wouldn't be cheap. The problem with going though is they could blow out the gators.

It’s not sports related but this is a big deal for the UCF learning community. 50 million (interest free over 30 years) is a bargain for a facility like this right next to our college of medicine. Complete game changer for the students and the community it will serve.

At least we're the #1 G5 in this poll, and no Gatas. :P

There are some arguable rankings, but for Ucf, it doesn't really matter.

If they win they move up.

If they lose, they fall out.

Just win, win, win.

And big.

Ha, it’ll catch up with him eventually.

Also off-topic... gators down 8000+ season tickets even with a new coach. Half the home games this year are exciting (Charleston sourthern, Colorado State, Idaho, Kentucky)

Wow. There used to be a waiting list.

Years ago, I was thinking about getting season tickets. It required a donation of a couple of thousand to put me in line for the possibility of seats that may or may not open up for the next season.

There was a limit of two seats if and when they opened up.

The pathetic play, half the games being low quality and the elimination of the tax write off probably didn’t help.

I work 1pm to 10 Thursday but I think I'll be fine missing out on this game. If we only win by 1 touchdown or field goal or even worse loss to them, I would be concerned. We should be fine our 1st 2 games than be careful the 3rd time at North Carolina Tar Heels.
