Got it from The Crossover on Twitter. That arm reach is unreal. He really has the potential to be a very good rebounder/shot blocker.

I hope Al and Baynes make a quick stop before the gym and pick this kid up every morning.

If they have to do that, he's not worth their time anyways.

But I bet they wouldn't mind doing so haha.

The fact that he got a place in f’ing Waltham (which sucks) next to the training facility versus wanting to live downtown and bang decent’ish white girls with bad accents says a lot.

I’m on board with this kid.
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
The C's don't train in Waltham anymore -- and what a nasty comment.

I just want the team to play “Enter Sandman” every time he’s about to check in

Leprechaun18 wrote:Well I think your posts are pretty informative certainly hope you continue to post here. Its just that I have been waiting for years for Danny to draft a big and then the guy I wanted before the draft falls to the Celtics and Danny drafts him. It was special. RWIII will definitely need time to reach his potential and its not certain that he will, but if he does WOW.

It's par for the course for the randoms to question board insiders. I stopped caring a while ago, lol.

Leprechaun isn't a random.

And listen, as the son of Aggies, no one on this board was happier to see us draft Robert, but if you actually have any sort of emotion invested in this dude you are probably doing the whole NBA fan thing incorrectly. He doesn't matter.

Thanks Truth18.

Hoping this will be a banner year, but the waiting is the hardest part.

Robert Williams matters. He matters.I hope he works on his game and lives to his potential. I hope he becomes a very good player, and stays with the celtics for a long time.

The skills are there, it is just up to him to improve them, and working on his game. Add a mid range game or three pointer. He is very athletic. I have hoping the celtics draft a big man who can rebound and block shots, a rim protector, also wouldn't hurt if they are athletic. They finally got one.

I think he'll be fine. Getting an apartment right by the training facility was a great sign.

He better be attached at the hip to Big Al. Has been disappointing so far with the lack of commitment. However, its 2 months into his career as a pro and potential is off the charts. But at first glance dude does seem to be a lot like how Gerald Green was his rookie year.

Not a great sign but great idea for a guy who is habitually late. Regardless the guy will be spending all his time in Maine this year so he is the red claws problem.

No better vet big Williams can learn from than Horford. Imagine if we had Dwight or Whiteside instead, yikes.

Let's hope they pan out. We'll be needing cheap rotational guys in the next few years.

Great sign of commitment and priorities on his part.
