If we want a 1st rnd pick for Bazemore, we must trade him now.
It's pretty simple : teams want traded player before training camp, more than having to integrate him in the middle of the season and get a lower impact, so they will pay more now than in February

It's not a clear cut thing, getting more picks is also an important priority. But I just value development of young players Hawks already have, over getting a potential FRP in the 25-29 range in a weak draft. I also view Baze as the most important vet on the team.
