I have some interesting keeper decisions. 3 locks in Davis kemba and embiid. 2 old guys who are kinda good but about to fall off a cliff in milsap and ariza then like 7 young guys who are interesting but not great.

I'm having a tough time too picking my 8th. I have so many rosterable guys but no top end talent.

My locks are: PG, Klay, JRich, Taurean, Mirotic, Adams, Fox. But having a tough time deciding between Nance and Olynyk. Thinking Nance at this stage because he's the sexier pick.

Tempted to do a tear-down cos I don't like my balance for roto.

But I'm looking at doing a 2 or 3 for 1 where I upgrade my 2-3 'solid' young keepers turn into 1 better one...So anyone after some depth or a flyer on some young guys, let me know.

Currently keeping Boogie, McCollum, DeRozan, Griffin, Collins, Allen, Hezonja, Rozier.

Available players are:

Mario Hezonja (at this stage keeping him, but he's available in a trade)
Terry Rozier (same as Hezonja)
Jordan Bell
Delon Wright
Jakob Poeltl
Malik Monk

Boogie could be available for the right price too.

Well we went back and forth on doing a full lottery or some sort of mini lottery. People didn't want a full lottery because if their team was bad they didn't want to get screwed, but at the same time, this meant you could tank or be inactive and get a high pick. So we divided into four lottery tiers where I believe what we had decided was to do 4 mini lotteries. But if you didn't hit a specific activity level (# of games played), you would be demoted a tier, and the next top team(s) in the lower tier would move up if team(s) in the above tier got demoted. So I believe in theory you could get anywhere between the 1 and 4 pick.

It hurts the teams that are competitive and put effort and do well but at least it's a snake draft so it isn't AS huge a penalty even though the top few picks may be so much more valuable, and this year it's probably more like the top 7 or 8.

Then again, whoever took Donovan Mitchell last year ended up with the best picks and he probably didn't even go in the first round.

People might want to put a list of their best 3-4 players they're NOT keeping - as there's a chance others might want to make an offer, knowing they won't be available in their draft spot. OK, I'll bite, even though I think I know who my 8 keepers are. But if anyone wants to give me a clear upgrade for a package of these players, I'm all ears.

Yeah your team is built for roto - great balance surrounding Gobert with high 3s/AST/FT% guys.

I'd 100% keep Murray too - he's another underrated roto guy.

His last 33 games he put up 10.6pts 7.0reb 3.4ast 1.7stl 0.5blk 47% from the field and 71% (on only 2.1 attempts, so not a killer) in only 26.5 minutes! He should get 30+ now with Parker gone and should go close to 12-7-5-2 again...

Yeah, Murray is a for sure keep...looking at his overall stats last year doesn't do him justice since he came on at the end, and I have enough 3s and wings and need another eligible PG. He will increase his assists with more playing time and is also a good rebounding guy. Great at steals too.

The only other consideration would be Oubre but I like LeVert more at this point.
