President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Great name. He's got great size for a CB (might switch to safety) and some projected him to be a future 1st rounder, but a marijuana charge and then flunking at VA Tech made him available for a 6th rounder. It probably helps that Torrian Gray coached him at VaTech and will now be coaching him at Washington. Skins also drafted 2 Hokies in the regular draft. He better be ready to help on special teams.

I saw an artical about him after his freshmen year at VT. It mentioned his 41 inch vertical and said he could be a good cover FS.
I've seen his 40 time listed around 4.58 - 4.6. If that time is right, I'm not sure CB is the best fit for him.

Yup. He ran a 4.61 in his "pro day", but it was pointed out that he only had a week to prepare for it. Either way, he doesn't have elite speed. Interestingly, it might come down to him and his VA Tech teammate Greg Broman for a roster spot.

With all the injuries (even if Guice is the only serious one), they needed a body, and it looks like AP has a pretty good one. But he average barely over 3 yards a carry last year and was never a good pass receiver or blocker, so... gotta say... don't be mad, but Kapri Bibbs > AP. But I'm a huge Bibbs believer and would love to see him get a prolonged chance. If AP wants to make the team, he better not show a bad attitude when they have him sit.

Feels like the equivalent of the Wizard signing Howard. Limited, athletic freaks past their prime looking for redemption. Although I'd expect (and hope) Howards makes a bigger impact.

It's a desperation move, not because of lack of talent or depth, but because of injuries. Its nothing to get mad about (wow did I just say that about the redskins?)

Does anyone trust Gruden to actually get his team ready to play?

That was one lethargic preseason.

Gruden is okay. Main thing is that the team is kind of just spinning its wheels right now.

I'm not sure completely about the cap situation, but going after Khalil Mack for two firsts is something I might consider. This team needs to have an elite corps *somewhere* on the team, and with Mack, Kerrigan, both our Bama first rounders...that's a good step in the right direction.

That's probably too much IMO especially since Washington would have to give Mack a big contract.
