Correct.

In addition to those 5 guys, 7 additional Celtics have finished in the top 5 of MVP voting. Who are they?

Guys, do you know this?

They were one of the greatest backcourt in european history. They bring they country gold in European Championchips. One player was drafted by Celtics, but never played in C's green. Other were also drafted by Celtics, played few preseason games for Celtics, but came back to Europe and never played for Celtics in regular season or playoff game.

Who are they?

You are truly a God of Celtics trivia to know these 12 players, especially the last 7, off the top of your head. I am in awe. It is hard to believe you aren't looking them up!

Here is the follow-up:

In addition to these 12 Celtics, 3 more Cs players got top 10 in MVP voting during their Celtic careers. Who are they?

Pretty sure Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo finished top10...for 3rd i'm thorn between Tom Heinsohn and Jo-Jo White...i would say Tommy...he was second team all-NBA few times when C's were champs

Nick Galis has got to be one of them. Drafted in 79 out of Seton Hall, where he had a tremendous career. Kobe Bryant said Galis was his favorite player growing up in Italy. I wish Galis had played for the Cs!

I don't know who the other guy is, to be honest.

Great guess on Galis. He has a GOD in Europe, along with Dražen Petrović and Oscar Schmidt. He should be rookie alongside Bird on 1979/80, but suffered an injury and never got a contract offer. Red later admit that leting go of Galis was his biggest mistake as a manager. And he's backcourt mate was Panagiotis Giannakis. Drafted by Celtics in 1982. played in preseason but went back to Greece. they together won 1987 European Championchips beating powerhouses Yugoslavia and SSSR

How good was Giannakis? Could he have played on the Cs?

Giannakis was a big (6-3 or 6-4), strong guard. Very tough defensive player, very high IQ. He wasn't NBA starter material, but could be 3rd or 4th guard. Could have played Quinn Bucknerr / Jerry Sichting role.

You nailed it. WIthout looking it up again, I believe Pierce and Heinsohn both peaked at 7th, while Rondo (fittingly) was 9th.

3. Which other pair(s) of teammates, league-wide, were both later also named Executive of the Year?
4. (Serves as a hint for the other questions) Who won both the Coach of the Year and Executive of the Year awards?

(I couldn't find a trio that all made Coach of the Year.)

1) Bill Sharman & Tom Heinsohn, Don Chaney & Don Nelson, Larry Bird & Rick Carlisle...i believe its all Celtics examples...league wide...Spurs Avery Johnson & Steve Kerr...i probably forgot someone
2) we have only Larry & Danny...so the only trio i could think off are Lakers Jerry West, Elgin Baylor & Pat Riley
3) yes, Larry Bird for Pacers and GOAT Danny Ainge for C's
4) I believe its only Red Auerbach, Pat Riley and Larry Bird

Well-played! I forgot about Chaney and Spurs pair.

What Celtics uniform number wore most players that were all-stars (don't have to be all-star as a Celtics).

For example:
#12 4 players - Willie Naulls (all-star Knicks), Sidney Wicks (all-star Blazers), Otis Birdsong (all-star Kings, Nets), Dominique Wilkins (all-star Hawks)

There is one uniform # with 5 players who were all-stars once...which # and which players?

Let's try for #20:

Gordon Hayward (he DID play for the Celtics already)
Ray Allen
Gary Payton
Scott Wedman

But I'm blanking on the 5th, since a little research shows Larry Siegfried never was an All-Star.

Also, I was going to suggest #44 as a Scalabrine/Ainge/Zeller joke, but it turns out to be quite strong. I think it's only 4 guys, however.

How about 7? Archibald. Anderson, Big Al (the original Big Al, that is), Gugliotta.

Seems like a zillion guys have worn that number.

There have been 13 Celtic head coaches since Red stepped down in 1966. Name them, in order.
