Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 5
Lol, he will be there as soon as Earl wakes the **** up.
Siakam? On what planet is he fantasy relevant if the Raptors don't get rid of Ibaka at the bare minimum?
I'd argue his value will drop, since Leonard is a SF and they need to find minutes for OG, who will probably log minutes as a small ball 4.
Siakam needs to get Poeltl's minutes to get something going, but I'm not sure Toronto will go there...I see Ibaka playing 5 when they go small with OG at the 4.
Anyway, reason for not adding guys is most guys are content with their rosters and are pretty stacked. I expect Earl to make at least 3 adds since he inherited not only Mirja's goods, but also his trash. Siakam, Mudiay and Zubac should not be on a fantasy roster.

I think talent generally wins out over the course of a season. Lots of people are high on him, if he's good enough the stats will eventually show. All he's gotta do is leapfrog Ibaka.

Any way we could make this a money league? Even $20/each? I think yahoo let’s us pay direct so the funds are held in escrow or whatnot

WTF got confused who Gus was cause I'm seeing AK. Yeah quality pick ups considering the drops.
And since he's been mentioned already, and I can't make any moves, OG is due for a breakout imo.

Ahhh okay. As a side note, I’ve been trying to come up with a team name and the fact my 3 best players’ names all start with K (Kyrie, Karl-Anthony, Kemba) I wanted to do something centered on that but “triple K” seems like a bad idea lol

Who's the bigger loser in that line up (not considering foregone opportunity) though: Knight or MCW?

?
MCW has no fantasy value. Knight may have some for the sheer fact he has a rookie french guy as his only backup option.
You don't have to be any good, if you get 30+ minutes on a nightly basis odds are you're gonna produce something.

I like Knight's chances as a combo guard with Harden and Paul. MCW would've flourished as a back up PG with free reign with shooters but I don't see MD veering away from his Paul-Harden PG staggering strategy.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 5
Both are useless..
More interesting battle is Melton vs Okobo, how weird that may sound. I don't think the Suns have enough pieces they're willing to spare to get a starting caliber PG, so they're going to run with the two rookies.
Whoever wins the position battle will probably end up on my team.

Read it's a maintenance thing. He had a similar procedure last year and only missed the first two games iirc.
For the points and 3s builds, what are your thoughts on MD telling Ennis to shoot double his 3 attempts or else be benched? There could be something there.
