New name, New conviction. He's a Manafort associate.

Headline doesn't include they pleaded guilty today and will be cooperating with the investigation.

This involves Konstantin Kilimnik who was already indicted by Mueller

This could be an important bust because this guy spent a year working with Cambridge Analytica. Since Manafort is considered one of the potential keys to the hacking operations, Patten may have good intel on this aspect of the election fraud.

Both him and Manafort are election fraud specialists from their time in the Ukraine.

This bust matters.

It shows the $100 Million Inauguration funds were fed in part by Russians. And how that money was spent is still unaccounted for. In other words, Trump's piggy bank was lined by Putin on the very first day of his presidency, not just leading up to it.

Trump is the purest definition of a WIMP

Guy tries to backstab Canada and go into unnecessary NAFTA re-negotiations under the supposed backroom pretense of ludicrously cutting Canada out of any kind of North American Trade proposals and Trudeau calls his bluff and this complete pussy bitch tweets:

It is finally happening. The erosion of his fence-sitting support has begun.

I'm not sure Trump's polling truly matters once it becomes a binary choice.

Romney Republicans already proved that they are willing to hold their nose for him when the rubber hits the road.

Yeah it frigging matters, because every percent that stays home and doesn't vote because they feel let down by Donald McDonald is another percentage you don't have to worry about at the voting booth

I understand that, but they didn't stay home when Trump was smearing gold star families, saying McCain was a phony, inciting racial discord, and grabbing p*ssies.

I'm just waiting to see the actual bottom fall out. The last election showed that when it comes to the White House, people will circle the wagons around their tribe.

I could be a little jaded though. I'm in a mixed marriage. I openly discussed the effect that Trump was having in the black community and anecdotally in my own life (I was getting called the N-word in Denver, of all places, around election time) and my wife's parents still showed up early on November 8th, held their nose and voted Trump.

I have plenty more personal stories just like that.

So, when I see a poll like that, I think a distinction should be made between thinking Trump is objectively detestable, and still thinking that he's a better option than what the Democratic party is offering.

First off, sorry you had to go through all of that, both from the public disrespect and from the possibilities of family discord from their voting for a bigot despite your best efforts.

That said, your post actually very well supports what I'm saying which is this: The Trump support is percentage-wise to a large degree very much Either/Or or Binary in nature. So if they feel underwhelmed by 20 months of Option A then they may simply not enter the voting booth.

This is a mid-term, not a vote on the presidency. That requires a more granular attention to detail to what is on the ballot. There were many first-time voters who came out for Trump and those are not the people who pay attention to details. So unless they all feel this election is a moratorium on their boy some of them will simply stay home.

I honestly appreciate that.

I absolutely agree with you that in the midterms this makes a difference. I think (hope) the Democrats will make a big dent in November.

I'm just looking ahead to the medal round. I'm looking for Democrats to really seize on this opportunity and put forth a candidate who presents a real alternative, not someone who can be rationalized as the "worse option" to people who are traditionally right leaning.

Just know I love you man. It's all love. We'll get through this. Even your familia can all rally around the wagons. That's the strange by-product of this horrible situation; it's so bad even people who were divided by it may actually realize how duplicitous the people they supported are and make amends and put it behind you.

That's what I want to put out here now.

This is not a thread to bash everyone who has ever professed allegiance to Trump. It is OK to come to terms with this and admit he is a bad person who is not good for our country and to heal our divisions.

I'll always be a tenacious bastard in terms of the truth, but I will forgive. We must be willing to forgive to get past this. Trump is something people need to just get clean from and admit it was a mistake and move on. Please people, get your heads straight, this was not a good choice for our country.

Hope your family mends their differences

Thanks man. I'm not really bashing either. Just speaking to the human behavior I've witnessed.

And don't worry about me. The family is fine. We just don't talk about it.

Whats crazy to me is that if any other president had this many scandals around him, people would be calling for his immediate resignation and/or impeachment... yet somehow this guy is STILL skating around with a pocket full of change on thin ice.. at this point he's skating in circles too.. how the **** is he still above water..

I don't understand why he's getting so much leeway... people were calling for Obama's head over his birth certificate even AFTER proving it.... yet Trump is allowed to do whatever/say he wants...
