What the hell was that last night-----Correa with 3 hits and the bullpen did not choke in the 8th and 9th. Hope they can keep that going. Except now Springer is hurt again. How can such a young guy keep getting hurt? An accident waiting to happen and it does with him.

^^^ Hmmm 'Stros win 3 in row and Correa plays well and he's MIA lol. I'm sure he'll be back after a loss or two lol.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

It is definitely time to stop excusing Correa's bad performances as just taking time to get back in the groove after time off. He had another 0 for 5 night against the Angels last night. Contrast this with the night a true star had, Mr. Altuve went 2 for 3 and has hit well since his return. Altuve is a true star, while Correa is just a minor league bum playing as one. I don't know why the Astros don't option him to Fresno; or their AA affiliate and get him some hitting lessons. He desperately needs them. Although, on the other hand, even lessons may not help this bum.

Hey, Carlos, you got a hit tonight. Too bad you choked the other four times at bat. But, your team does not really need you, Carlos. They have been hitting and winning while you have been choking every night. It's good to see that your teammates are carrying the load while you choke.

A's win tonight, 4-3. Lessons to be learned from game:

1. The Astros still have no closer.

2. Correa still sucks and needs to retire.

Good deal, Astros beat the A's in the bottom of the 9th on a walk off homer.

Correa leads off in the bottom of the 9th and chokes again. He completes another ofer game---this time 0 for 4 strengthening the argument that he sucks.

Up comes Tyler White and says if Carlos can't help the team, I think I'll just knock it out of the park, which he did. Astros go home a winner------5-4. It's a good thing they have players besides Carlos "I Used to Be Pretty Good" Correa.

It's understandable that the Astros lost last night. After all, one can't win them all. However, what is not understandable is that Correa had another 0fer. He truly sucks and should just retire. I wonder whether if he would prefer for his nickname:

1. The Chump of MLB; or

2. The King of Ofer.

On the other hand, if he retired, he would be out of the limelight and could live in anonymity without embarrassing himself night after night after night after night after night after night. Get it over with and just retire, Carlos, so the Astros can play a shortstop who can get a hit every once in awhile. Please quit, Carlos.

Here is something for you to consider, Carlos. You might fare better doing this than playing baseball:

Truck Driving School

You could even listen to games as you drive around and wonder what could have been. You can even show people your World Series ring at all the truck stops around the country and tell them that you used to be good.

Here is the line for the Fresno Grizzlies shortstop:

Player POS G AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI TB BB SO SB CS OBP SLG AVG OPS E

Alex De Goti SS 23 81 12 22 8 0 0 8 30 9 11 3 1 .341 .370 .272 .711 0

Why not give the kid a chance? Anyone would be better than Carlos Ofer Correa.

Excited to see James make his MLB debut tonight! Hope he brings it and the bats frikkin' wake up. I already gave Jobu his rum back a few weeks ago, so I don't know what else to do other than sacrifice a live chicken...

...which I am willing to do.

Well, piss tits...kid has electric stuff and was getting squeezed some by the ump, was hoping he could get out of that inning without giving up any damage, but...here we are down 3-0 again.

Usually I wouldn't worry about that because I know the offense is capable of busting out a bunch of runs any given inning, but the way they've struggled lately this could be another depressing evening. Can't even score a single damn run.

:sigh:

...couldn't find a chicken, found a few beers instead.

Also, for all the talk about Correa...my favorite guy Springer has been sucking taint for a while now too.

He should probably retire and go do something meaningful like teach kids how to overcome speech impediments and other tough obstacles in their lives.

Man, as frustrating and nerve wracking as it can be, don't you just love baseball? This next month going into October is going to be entertaining as hell, even if the wheels come off and we crash through that closed window next door at Toyota Center.

Well now...Correa came out of retirement, and Great White continues to bite opposing teams in the taint!

9/4/18----Bottom of the first, the Astros send 8 guys to the plate and 5 of them get hits for a 4-0 lead. Carlos "the Chump" Correa is one of the three outs with a blistering pop up to second base. Back to basics, Carlos, cuz, right now you suck.
