Charlotte has what we need.

The more I look at it, the more I think the pieces fit. The only problem is the getting the value right. Trade Reggie Jackson, Ish Smith, Jon Leuer, and Galloway 2 first rounders for Kemba, Batum and Biyombo. We get a point guard that can stay healthy and score, a wing with good length, and biyamobo can recreate his raptor season where he got paid under Casey again. Hornets can start the rebuild with 2 first.

Kemba, Khyri Thomas
Bullock, Kennard, Brown
Johnson, Batum
Blake, Ellenson
Dre, Biyombo

Roster is balanced and can play with anyone. Charlotte fans probably saying heck no.

Everything about that roster just screams "poor man's version" of the 2015 Clippers. In which we might make some noise in the East, but not get through the Raps nor the Celtics. Might give the Wizards some trouble.

That's an upgrade over clippers, the best wing the clippers had was J.J Reddick.

Never mind other aspects of this -- why trade both Reggie and Ish?

Exactly

We need to wait out the bad contracts and not attach what little assets we have just to win now. Kemba barely moves the needle for us and we would need to attach too much to get it done. We truly need to blow this up and rebuild from the ground up.

Thankfully I feel like we have the right guys in place now to make the best and right decisions for us going forward. Cause if it were up to my dumb ass I'd probably mortgage the future and go all in lol. Which is likely the wrong move.
Hopefully there's not too many cooks in the kitchen as they say. Lots of voices and differing opinions.

If were trading two first rounders we better be getting something incredible in return. Kemba, while a good player, is nowhere near that type of player.

Yes, let’s give away all of our first rounders.

It’s not like they’re extremely valuable or anything...

Lillard is an All NBA PG. I would give up a lot for that kind of talent. We would have potentially 3 All NBA Producers on the roster with a guy like him. Unfortunately we don’t have the pieces.

The value is way off. Reggie and Ish plus filler for the 2 best players in the trade plus Biz

Charlotte would probably jump all over that. Bizmark is complete garbage and a waste on the Basketball court while getting paid $18 mil per. He ain't going to regain anything. He only had a couple good games over an entire season for the Raptors and people can only remember those few games, not his body of deplorable work. But, even though Batum is a bad shooter like KCP, he did average 5.5 Ast and 4.8rbd along with 1 spg last season. He would probably be more of an asset. I would rather do a deal for Batum and Kemba. Leave Bizmark out of the picture.
