I'm hopeful Chriss can show some semblance of the proverbial NBA 3rd year epiphany and carve out a spot in the rotation.
Considering how much Capela improved in a simple well defined role, I'd like to think there's hope for Chriss to do similarly as a backup to that role.
Or maybe that's just a product of my personal desire to see a "2 bigs" version of the Rockets defensive switching lineup.
Imagine a lineup like:
Capela,
Chriss,
Tucker,
The MVP,
CP3

Of course it'll probably never happen but that would be fun.
Also, if he's healthy, Knight could represent the best backup point guard the Rockets have had since the days when Dragic was backing up Lowry.
On a side note, it's funny to think just a couple of seasons ago Rockets fans would have been ecstatic to land Brandon Knight as their starter...and any idea of Chris Paul in a Rockets jersey was an absolute pipe dream.
