Carlos managed to finish last night's Twins game with another 0fer. The 0fer King----Carlos Correa----the Sultan of Suck.

Valdez looks like he's pressing too much so far, calm down son.

Throw strikes.

Bregman is good.

Altuve is 0-19 though, the bum.

9/5/18 Correa out of lineup and Bregman at SS. Bregman hit a HR in his first at bat, which is more than Ofer would have done. Actually, I really hope that Correa is not hurt, but is merely out of the lineup to give him a rest as a hoped for cure for his Oferness.

On a pretty good roll right now! Going into Boston and taking the first two is a good feeling, not an easy task. Hope the Good Dallas shows up tomorrow.

James was frikkin' nasty coming out of the pen today, I look forward to seeing a lot more of him.

Meanwhile, the Rangers still suck and refuse to do us any favors...taints!

;)

Great series in Boston. Glad to see the Astros getting their success back. Gives one hope for the playoffs. In the meantime, Carlos Ofer Correa, the King of Suck, is now hitting .242 and falling. For a supposed budding superstar, he sure sucks. Hard to believe that he is willing to out there night after night and embarrass himself like he does.

Stupid noon game! Hope Cole brings it and they get the sweep even though I can't watch.

Bottom of the 7th against the Dbacks. Carlos is having another Ofer. I wonder if they have had the guy seen by an eye doc. He definitely has something wrong with him, either in his body parts or his head. His BA is down to .237. He may not even hit his weight this year. Give it up, Carlos, you poor guy.

Bloop-poop runs might be the end of this one, or maybe not.

Might not matter either way.

Baseball. It's fantastic.

Bagwell in the booth needs to be an every game thing.

Biggio and Bagwell both in the booth should be an every game thing...or at least every other game.

Look, I like the Astros and absolutely hate the Mariners. Why do the Astros continually choke when it comes to playing the Mariners?

1. They have no set up man and no closer; Rondon proved that again last night with a horrendous performance that reminded one of Giles;

2. Correa sucks and still can't hit and should retire immediately; he had another 0fer last night;

3. The Astros as a team are weak hitting as they could not touch the flame throwing Wade LeBlanc with his 85 mph fastball.

It is absolutely clear that this is not the Astros' year and, even though they will win the AL West, they will get beat by either the Indians or the Red Sox.

Carlos Choke Correa-----the 0fer King. I don't know why they are not experimenting with a lineup without the Ofer King that might result in his replacement getting a hit in the playoffs. It is well known that the Choker will not be getting sufficient hits when crunch time rolls around.

Well, the Astros finally beat the Mariners, 7-0. Meanwhile, the Ofer King continued with another Ofer. Carlos Choker Correa is now hitting .238 and he weighs 215. C'mon Carlos, you can do it. Keep on choking and going Ofer and you will soon be hitting under your weight.

This time the whole team should be embarrassed. The Mariners in the last game of the 3 game series had no starters available. So, they just threw their bullpen at the wimpy Astros. Going into the bottom of the 9th, the Astros have not scored. At least Hinch had the common sense to bench Correa; or maybe they sent him to the Florida Instructional League. Not to score against the Mariner bullpen for 8 innings is a downright embarrassment. They clearly are the weakest team that will be in the playoffs.

No game today, lame! Didn’t get to see last nights game which of course I didn’t miss anything, but still...oh well.

I guess I can wait until tomorrow night. Glad to be done with the annoying Mariners.

Very important series this weekend, the division is still up for grabs. They need to have a strong series against the Angels.

I'm glad they're keeping Carlos out, but they really should have made that move sooner. If his back has still been giving him issues, even just mechanics wise(compensating and trying not to re-tweak it), he really should have been put back on the DL a couple weeks ago to try and get it right. Doesn't matter now, hopefully he can get back to remotely close his normal self at the plate when the postseason rolls around.

Anyways...the 7-8-9 in the lineup tonight is a bit depressing to look at, but you never know.

Baseball, etc.
