I hate to sound like a John Wall supporter here, but I really feel like this Horford vote is a case of recency bias. Horford’s a guy whose whole case is based on impact stats since the box score doesn’t really love him, and from age 27-30, his best finish in RPM is 27th and his worst is 96th. Then he puts in one Top 20 season for the best coach in the world at 31 and all of a sudden he’s a Top 25 player going forward? I’m not buying it.

Again I vote for Donovan Mitchell but I see the argument for Horford.

Wow Gordon Hayward just got added? He's better than most of the options.

Don't know how you can't vote Wall here, to be honest.

Horford should have been higher ,but ,Love killed him in the playoffs every year and isn't even on the list. I voted for Wall here should have been in Lowry spot.
These poll resonses seem more biased to team affiliation than actual player ranking

I’m not really seeing that. Horford’s overrated and leading the poll, but Tatum and Hayward on same team are probably getting less support than they deserve. I think people are mostly giving a good faith effort right now.

Voted Horford here. The guy just does it all. Wall and Mitchell and Hayward could work though.

Could you folks voting for Cousins explain how you expect him to be a top 25 player this year? Are you just voting on how you think he might be come the playoffs and totally ignoring the regular season? Or do you inexplicably think he's going to come back from an achilles tear and light up the league as GS's 5th man this year? Or is this simply some folks that are GS fans voting for him because he plays for GS?

Pretty much my thoughts. These guys should round out the top 25.

Donovan Mitchell +/- by month:

October: +8.0
November: +3.7
December: -4.5
January: -0.7
February: +10.7
March: +15.9
April: +26.4

Obviously some of that is Gobert coming back, but I still think it’s safe to say he got a lot better over the course of the season. If you listened to him on the JJ Redick podcast, he even said he basically had no idea what he was doing the first month or two of the season. And then by May, he’s outplaying Russell Westbrook head-to-head to knock him out of the playoffs. If he just plays like he did the last 3 months of the season next year, he’s still probably a borderline Top 20 guy. If he makes a jump as a sophomore, he could be unstoppable.

Yeah, if he just starts off playing at his post-Allstar level and maintains that he's top 20. I don't see any reason to think he can't do that and maybe even improve upon more. Shoots a lil better from 3. Refs send him to the line a time or two more. Plays a bit stronger defense... Wont take much to put him into a top 10 conversation.

His injury is career threatening. Maybe medical science has improved.
