I'll go with loserX's proposal. It's simple enough that it could happen. It may be bit too rich for Dallas (treats Willson like a negative contract which I'm not quite ready to accept yet) and LAC (the second rounder is too much imo) for my liking but you can't have everything. There are some proposals out there that don't really improve our roster and this one does while keeping it simple so kudos to him.

LoserX gets my vote

I looked for trades that are realistic, make the bucks better and of course meet the challenge of adding shooting. Seemed like the best of the bunch to me

Well done

Yeah I give loserx the nod. Feels realistic and meets the requirements. Well done.

I liked the ideas that didn't have them moving the likes of Middleton/Brogdon etc. It felt like there wasn't enough of an upgrade there to make the trades worthwhile. Getting Batum and Pat Bev without having to do that was really solid and I also think thanks to Batum's contract and Beverly's situation (expiring/Shai) I think they're both really achievable deals for both sides.

Trader_Joe was 2nd for me. Hill kind of fell on his face in Cleveland, but he and Korver are definitely shooters. I don't like the idea of having to move Bledsoe to do it, but in a thread that was dominated by a lot of the same names I thought that was a nice original one.

I kind of like Magic_Jonny's.

Orlando could use Brogdon even if they do have to eat Snelll, while I like Fournier's fit on the Bucks.

He gets my vote.

PPJR's was interesting as well for a big time trade.

With Milwaukee taking on more money, the value difference between Snell and Fournier is not Brogdon IMO. Brogdon can certainly be moved, but Milwaukee likes him and would certainly keep him in that type of proposal.

I'll go with magnumt. Thompson on the Bucks would be really interesting and I think the trade also balances out the Warriors pretty well.

It doesn't put them in the tax and they clear the last two years of Snell.
Don't see the extra money issue. They can spend up to a certain amount to improve the team and not worry about the tax. They also may want to keep Brogdon, but he is an unrestricted FA after this season, no? They may have to pay a lot of money to keep him and Snell. Anyway.. don't want to derail, but that's why I voted.

I don't see it as "clearing the last two years of Snell" when I'm committing 17M a year to a guy like Evan Fournier who I'm just not overly enamored with. He feels very much like a gives up when he gives, neutral on the court. In fact, I'm not sure if Fournier is even a better player than Brogdon will be this upcoming season. If I don't want to pay Brogdon 17M a year, why would I be comfortable paying Fournier that number?

I'd look elsewhere to move Snell (as I believe it's necessary), I just feel like there are better options.

Vote: PistolPete. I was actually also doing a followup Trade with my Thompson trade that had them also netting Love. Would have been an excellent trio of Giannis/Klay/Love. :D

Thanks! That was what I was thinking as well. It was Trade that helped out both teams tremendously.

I guess I'll vote for Trader Joe. His deal seemed reasonable and simple.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

Sorry for no 24 hours heads up. Something came up. However, it looks like Loserx has taken week 1 and will get to pick the challenge for week 2! Congrats!!
