What exactly has that "winner" Jimmy Butler ever won that makes him so much more accomplished than the "loser" teammates he's been feuding with? Rondo has a ring and Butler couldn't get along with him in Chicago, so that alone disproves your narrative.

Not really. Butler's ally against lackadaisical play was D-Wade, who is a HOF lock. I'll take Wade's side over Rondo's any day.

While Doc didn't learn much from Thibodeau on how to put together a dominating defense, Thibs apparently followed Doc's playbook as GM with the colossal blunder in his trade for Butler. Now he's unwilling to concede and acknowledge such a mistake by holding off trading his digruntled player despite his trade request.

Seeing all the petty crap Jimmy's pulling with Wiggins and his brother, and the way he left Chicago and is leaving Minny, it makes me pretty sure that we're not even gonna try and get him even if he wanted to come for free in the summer. They seem to be putting a stress in character and Jenkins' hire was probably a part of that. And Butler is just a mess waiting to happen, wherever he goes.

Hopefully one of the NY teams, or Miami or whoever, get a trade done soon, before any specific Clippers names start getting in rumors and destabilize the team.

No, we're talking about Butler not getting along with certain teammates. I'm not saying Butler's not at fault because I don't know, but I'll take D-Wade and Butler's side. You take KAT, Wiggins and Rondo with his 6 teams in 5 years. You sure know how to pick 'em.

His Old Dallas Teammates

Among the people Rondo has upset throughout his career has been former teammates of his. Everybody in the Dallas Mavericks organization seems to regret Rondo ever going there. His teammates made quite the statement when they voted to withhold Rondo's playoff share last year, following their first round exit against the Rockets. Rondo seemed to be a cancer in the Dallas locker room, and they quickly got rid of him following their playoff exit.

Rick Carlisle

The Dallas Mavericks have always had a well oiled system and adding the volatile personality of a Rondo couldn't have been easy. On paper, Dallas seemed like a perfect fit for Rondo, with Dirk Nowitzki and Monta Ellis, Rajon should have racked up the assists. Despite these great players around him, Rondo found himself benched multiple 4th quarters throughout the season. During a game in late February, Rondo and Carlisle could be seen arguing on the sideline during a game. Rondo was heard screaming "Why the **** did you bring me here," to Carlisle as Rondo was taken out of the game. Rondo's stint in Dallas was a time to forget for both Rondo and Carlisle.
