Igawa got claimed off waivers by the padres. I don't care what we get back as long as he's off our team.

Well we wouldn't get anything back if we let them take him, they would just take on Igawa and his entire contract. If we pull him back, we're stuck with him until next year...he cannot be placed on waivers again this season. So either he and his contract go to SD, or he remains here.
