I'm not coming after you (while totally coming after you) but what is the bar for when people finally just at least say, "well, maybe this is a newfangled baseball decision and I'll see what happens"? Is it 95 wins? We just crossed 90.
We've got 10 years of data to show that Mike McCarthy is a negative impact on the Packers and he's doing outdated **** daily. When he makes a decision, I'm fine trying to decide why it is stupid immediately.
I just see it as weird that a management team that is clearly exceeding expectations every year in all facets at literally every turn has people see a move and try to decide why it is terrible. Like, did people think Jennings was going to try to go 3 innings?
There have been failures like the Schoop trade just being at best lateral but remember when everyone thought it was
insane that they were putting a 3rd baseman at 2nd base? It seems like it's a good idea to just sit back and at least try to assume that maybe they have some information they believe will give them an edge.
