Donovan Mitchell or Devin Booker
Tossing up between them (and Rudy Gobert) on my draft board at the top of my tier 3 category.

Re: Donovan Mitchell or Devin Booker
I'd go Mitchell, Gobert, Booker.
Mitchell is improving on last season.
Gobert gives blocks which are hard to get.
Booker is a good safe pick but PHX is improving and they tend to mess up their guards.

I put Gobert handily above Mitchell/Booker last season, but he may end up behind both in the long run. Mitchell probably has the highest ceiling.

Mitchell is way overranked this season on Yahoo. He has to improve quite a bit to get to second round value. Rudy can just do his normal thing and get there. Prefer Booker slightly to Mitchell, especially if the Suns don't trade for a PG before the year starts (hello dimes) but Rudy is my top guy of the bunch.

Booker. He has Ayton to throw lobs to, Ariza and Anderson for the threes. His assists will be around 6 a game IMO. His Fg% should go up to. I think Booker will be a top 25 fantasy guy while I think Mitchell could crack the top 30. Gobert could be a top 15 player though.
