Don’t forget Shaq who is also playing meaningful minutes in the NFL already. It would be great to see our defense improve this season. The offense is fun to watch, but so is watching INTs and fumble recoveries.

to be fair, we've had 2 fumble recoveries and 7 interceptions in 3 games. We're 5th in the country with a turnover margin of 2.0. Still early. A lot of issues, but causing turnovers hasn't been an issue so far.

I’ve been trying to find a chart I read a few days ago. Essentially it shows our defensive and offensive numbers are actually improved from last year.

That doesn’t surprise me at all, based on the matchups so far.

I watched the FAU game and the poor tackling and softenes up front really stuck out as a weakness to me. Kiffin called a ton of plays that were just simple runs up the middle with some misdirection sprinkled on top. FAU was able to get a push most of the game, they just did not have the depth to compete for 4 quarters.

I dont think the weakness up front will impact UCF much at all though. Their schedule is incredibly light. If I had to pick an upset, it would be a team that has a strong ground game. Maybe Navy, but it will probably take them too long to score.

UCF could very well go undefeated again with this schedule. I think it is so weak that they will be on the outside looking in again unless a lot of top 10 teams start losing and looking mediocre. I think playing a team with horses up front in a playoff game would be a true test for this school. If they can win that and get to the Natty, then even if Alabama destroys them, they can at least make a legit claim to being a power 5 school. I just would be stunned if that happens from looking at this schedule.

I think USF may be able to pull the upset, but thats probably it..the Memphis game will be a must watch. They may hit a 100 point total in it.

Pittsburgh can play against top 25 ranked teams but we playing them at our place not their home. Past Pittsburgh I'm not worried about a potential loss until at USF.

We’ve had good ratings for all of games that were prime time. Kiffin / FAU is a good draw for sure though.

Mark Daniels said on his radio show today that the home game against smu only has about 2k tickets left.

Amazing turnaround in two years with attendance.

If they keep winning, we should break records this year for attendance at this a rate. Having Navy at home will help as well.

Today’s game was great. Flyover was a surprise and incredibly low. Milton got banged up a little bit but looked great all afternoon.

Milton threw for 328 and ran for 51 with 6 total touchdowns and I actually didn't think he was all that sharp.

He missed 3-4 deep balls when he had guys open and threw a truly putrid pick 6 that he got bailed out by a questionable roughing the passer call.

I did notice that Heupel seemed to be making a concerted effort to get Otis the ball after some interesting/questionable social media remarks and actions from him and his mother after last week.

Defense was excellent.

I really don't understand JH's non-use of Anderson as a RB.

Nor do I understand the overuse of Killans in the backfield. Killans has not been consistent nor effective as an inside runner sisnce he's been here. Anderson has, which is what I don't get. imo, Killans would be better served in the slot. He is incredibly dangerous in the open field: just look at the two big plays yesterday, both coming from the slot.

Great team effort yesterday. A completely dominating effort.

A REALLY hot and long day (tailgate began at 8 am).

Injury: fake? Lol

The FAU flop was worse as the injured player came in as a substitute to flop. This guy looks to the sideline and then flops.

Make these guys sit for a series if they go down.

We don’t even know if they’ve opened the full playbook yet. Huep move Killins to the slot and totally caught Pittsburgh off guard for example. Otis is a wonderful player. Yesterday he got plenty of chances to be fully involved in the offense. He didn’t make the most of it but still played well. We need to look at more short passes to Killins to get him into space.

I totally agree with the above comments about the usage of Killins and the other backs, but the truth is no matter how we use them there is just no way to keep all the skill guys fed.

We scored 45 yesterday, and Snelson didn’t get a single catch. With Tre, Gabe, Snelson, Marlon Williams, Killins, Otis, KZ running plays, McRae earning reps.....somebody is gonna end up unhappy, guaranteed.
