Stop doxing people. Next you're telling me bondom is Thunder legend Lazar Hayward.

“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.
“I haven’t gotten a really good look at him because he’s been out,” Donovan said of Nader. “Tim (Luwawu-Cabarrot) has done a nice job and he’s been involved in practice. Alex has been out some with his lower back. We haven’t really had a full allotment of those wing players you’ve talked about. The one constant has been Terrance (Ferguson).”
The 20-year-old Ferguson started the Blue and White Scrimmage and the Thunder’s preseason opener Wednesday. While Donovan didn’t say Ferguson was the guy going forward as the starting shooting guard, he all but assured he’d be the starter Friday night.
“He’s been kind of the one constant in terms of who’s been out there and being healthy and being able to go through everything,” Donovan said. “… so he’s earned the right to go out there and play and start in these games just based on what he’s done so far in training camp.”
“It’s unfortunate, but at the same point we’ve got to do what’s best for his safety,” Donovan said.

Is Donovan admitting they were ignoring his safety before?

Again: I would just like to see something that hasn't been there ever since he got drafted.

i think there's a difference between what you were claiming before, and what donovan is saying here which is basically that he's getting an opportunity because he's been the only one completely healthy.
just based on what he’s done so far in training camp

trammel also slipped up the other day. the thunder themselves characterized his rehab as 'aggressive'. that word is no longer in the lexicon obviously.

Pillendreher wrote:That's, eh, unfortunate. I wonder what the plan is going forward. They might start Schröder, but at some point you need a proper wing on this roster. It's ridiculous that the Harden trade happened 6 years ago and yet here we are trying to combine 5 or 6 below average wings into a decent performance at the 2 spot. It should not be that hard to get proper production there.

This is turning into the worst case scenario, which was also the most likely scenario. His career was ended by the OKC medical staff letting him return to action before his initial tear healed.
getrichordie wrote:Wait, what? When you say initial tear do you mean when he went down trying to finish that lob last season? And by “returning to action” do you mean running on a treadmill?
Or was there a tear before all of that?

Pillendreher wrote:So did you hear Nick Gallo during a timeout last night? He said that the patella injury was healing fine and that the suture was (and I quote) "not needed anymore" and that's why they removed it.
I don't know what to make of it. That makes it sound like it was some sort of routine procedure, part of the healing process.

they couldn't determine the source of his discomfort, which is why he was 'cut' to begin with. they found the suture issue and repaired it. this is why his recovery period is longer than what a typical scope would be to undergo a similar correction (i.e. westbrook's).
I'll wait for the news to break.
i don't care what you do. i'm just sharing the information.
snoopy might have a way to corroborate. i doubt you will hear this from any thunder news man, who are under orders not to discuss these things. don't believe that?
