Sources tell me that Pat Riley has just made Rodney Mcgruder "untouchable"

What if in a couple weeks Kemba becomes available? What do you think?

That Teague quote is great. It bothers me so much that our team is not cohesive while we got these other teams being super buddy buddy and clicking on all cylinders. We look so dysfunctional and poor chemistry wise.

We did pretty well last year combining a lot of new faces, and this year we have basically the same team.

I am not sure how important the earlier training together really is.

Perhaps it's not as important from an integration standpoint but it definitely suggests a lack of cohesion and 'mateship' within the squad IMO.

This is the sort of thing you'd expect your coaching staff to be on top of, really.

If they want Butler they have to pay. Is not like they can get Butler in free agency (they can't)

Geeez And I thought the only deal with Miami that would make some sense had to incluide Dieng as well...

And now they say Miami doesn't want to incluide Richardson? Wait... Josh "freaking" Richardson?
And...
Taking Waiters? Fxxx that.

Attababy Mercgold3....right on the money. Miami is getting a great flippin deal even with Richardson. Richardson played 4 years in college and now 4 years in the pro's. J Rich is above average at best. How many guys improve from just above average to all star? Hardly any. J Butler was a rare exception.

If anybody had any ideas including Waiters, we need to stay away from him like the plague. Unless he's in to move to another team would be the only way.

NO, NO!! Waiters is horrible and Winslow, who I loved in the draft, has no offensive game and is likely to never have one. No thanks. Bam is good.

Just give us Bam and J Rich for Jimmy. Thats a fair deal and the numbers work. Do a seperate deal for Gorgui.

Remember when we had KAT, Wigs, and LaVine plus Ricky...? Those guys loved playing together......wistfully. Hung out and had fun. How good is that?

That was Flip's vision. Pretty sad Thibs destroyed that in 2 seconds.

Thank You for saying those gems in such a nice way. So true. You would have thought we'd be better. I would have thought we were better? And so goes the Wolves.

Shaq and Kobe weren't best buds. Didn't matter. They were grown up enough to realize they had a job to do.

Exactly. And neither were Magic and Kareem, or Michael Jordan and Dennis Rodman. As long as they play well together and don't hate each other, it's not a big concern.

Ricky, Zach, Wiggins, and KAT were great friends.... on objectively terrible teams.

No thanks, you can keep loving him, thanks very much.

On the other hand, if we can flip him to Sacto for one of their bigs, the deal becomes much better.

Until they lost in 2004 and everyone said Kobe forced Shaq off the team.

I don't think every player needs to be best buds for the team to be successful, I do however feel like team chemistry and atmosphere in the locker room is important and most successful teams seem to have strong, positive cultures, something I'd say it's fair to suggest we don't have at the moment.

Phil Jackson was there for MJ and Rodman and both of them only played on the court, Rodman wouldn't even be in the locker room a lot of the time.

PJax was also there for Kobe and Shaq. Thibs is heavens away from PJax.

Magic and Kareems relationship only turned sour at the end of their tenure together. Butler and KAT lasted barely a season.
