Instincts. He anticipated a couple steals last night - the Warriors were really surprised both times he intercepted a pass, and he didn't gamble on anything (no missed steal attempts). He makes the quick, correct pass over and over. I'm sold on this guy as an all-time great. I don't know where he'll end up on the list of top 10 centers all-time; I'm just sure he'll be on it when all's said and done.

Weak side shot blocking is the least of my concerns. Being able to straight up guard the rim is what is most important. I am quite amazed at how many times he not only blocks the shot but flat out takes the ball away while he is doing it. That is a rare skill.

Is a blocked shot tallied as a steal if it creates a turnover? It should be.

I remember looking this up for Oliver Miller way back in the day and was kind of disappointed that it didnt count as a steal.
