I'm seeing not one, but two firstborns in that offer. You guys really need to ease up on the demand for Butler.

Good. Turn it down and move on. Stuffing more poop into a bagful of poop doesn't make that bag of poop better.

Richardson + Olynyk + FRP was offered..

But it doesn’t help Twolves move Dieng.

But Miami won’t offer FRP with Richardson in the deal and have Dieng in there as well.

This is the hold up.

Per Source (H) Miami has told Minnesota they are done after tonight.

Stay tuned.

BTW... that's less than 30 cents on the dollar for Butler. It's finally a good decision by Taylor.
An All-NBA player for a solid defensive player and a 1st round pick(protected even), really? If you need talent, go buy someone's 1st round pick or 2nd round pick, I hear rebuilding teams like Chicago are willing to sell picks(that franchise just cares about profits, but are good in that area).

If I understood the suspension system for team forums, it would potentially be "Source (B)"anned at this point.

Absolute clown show at this point.

There has been nothing suspension/ban-worthy from Cosell.

Let’s keep something in perspective.

Twolves can’t take on Olynyk without dumping Dieng.
Twolves can’t take on Waiters.

The closest deal presented to the Twolves have been the Richardson + Whiteside for Butler + Dieng. But as of now Thibs has wanted sweetener added on which Riley has said no because he would want to keep the FRP to dump Dieng.

According to Source (H) Miami has put the countdown clock on Minnesota to get a deal done tonight.

Jimmy not getting traded will be the best thing to happen to this franchise other than drafting KG.... you can book mark this comment.

Minny getting Dragic, JRich, Winslow and Bam is unrealistic, Miami isn't going to sacrifice their young core and only point guard for Butler and Dieng's awful contract. That's 4 great value assets for one player who doesn't want to be on your team anymore and 15mil less cap for us to spend for the next 3 years. I'd rather wait till he leaves.

And do what?

Make a trade with someone else to shed cap and sign him. Or forget about him and continue building. Having Jimmy Butler and no cap and no assets to build around him is pointless for us.

And what if the Wolves trade his bird rights somewhere else?

The thing that I don't get (and I find hilarious), is how Miami is trying strongarm us and a time table. It's as if they don't realize that trade with Minnesota is the only way they can get a Superstar to the Heat. They have zer cap room to sign a max player this summer, and thier roster is flooded with long/bad contracts.

Riley needs to pull his ego inflated head out of his ass and comprehend that he has no leverage to put a time table on a damn thing.

Miami doesn’t have anything. Move on.

Play Jimmy. Sit Jimmy. Either are better options than those final offers.

Miami is about to sign Winslow to an extension. So talks between the Heat and Wolves may stop for a while.

It’s still is Richardson + Whiteside...I never said Waiters and Richardson.

Richardson + Whiteside would be a great trade for us.

Don't overthink it Glen; take your meds and pull the trigger on a deal for a man who's going to walk anyway

Let’s not get carried away with terms like “great”
