Yeah, I couldn't get anything with the streams. I'm hoping we don't see that again.

I had the same issue, I was only able to get a crappy SD reddit stream to play and it had music and no scoreboard, so I didn't even bother watching.

I was annoyed because the Texans weren't on until later and the Astros had a day off, so I really wanted to focus on some Rockets basketball, but it was not meant to be.

The Astros spanking the Indians, however, was apparently meant to be and I approve of such things.

Good times.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

Rob Gray is waived (expected)

C - Capela, Nene, Chriss, Hartenstein
PF - Tucker, Melo, Zhou
SF - Ennis, Green
SG - Harden, Gordon
PG - CP3, MCW, Knight

2-way - Clark, Edwards
Bruno???

with Tucker and Melo seeing min as backup C
there might be another trade before season opener
want to keep Bruno but don't see a place for him on the roster
as you know Morey like to keep one roster spot open

This roster does look suspiciously like a trade waiting to happen. Even a minor one.

The Issue was that the Spurs don't broadcast pre-season games (penny pinching) so they didn't have the infrastructure there for the Rockets to broadcast. Then of course the Rockets' official stream through facebook failed

Ouch.
That was an ugly injury on Zhou Qi.
Can only hope it's not as bad as it looked.

Awww man, I didn't know they were playing tonight and especially against the Ice Cream Man! Best hair + post moves in the history of basketball, quite possibly.

I was busy watching who the next victim will be for the Astros ;)

(just kidding, Sawx/Yanks, I am not cocky and still fear you both)

(screw the Sawx/Yanks though)

I wouldn’t be shocked if that was the end of his NBA career. Looked recoverable, but not anytime soon, and his motor was already noticeably low in this “improved” season Bill was touting.

During a scrum for the ball, Scola fell right into the side of Zhou Qi's knee causing it to bend inward. Scola then landed on top of him twisting it even further.
Qi was crumpled on the floor in apparent pain for some time and eventually wheeled of the court in a wheelchair.

Glad to hear he’s ok. That looked worse than a sprain.

Man, as a Bruno fan that was disheartening to watch. He has these moments where he gets so inside of his own head and he'll literally start doing stupid stuff and airballing shots. Fortunately he didn't make an ill advised drive to the basket and throwing up a floater from 15ft away. After all these years he's still not ready for consistent NBA minutes.
