Would you do it? It takes away from our depth but adds great defense to our backcourt. The only way I'd do it is if Butler agrees to sign an extension.

^That's true. He's also increasingly seeming like a head case at this point. I wouldn't give him the max, but that's most likely what he'll demand.

Indeed. Chemistry and depth, but also the loss of Tucker is not worth it to me at all. I said before if Tucker isn't included it'd be worth a shot, but I don't see anyone on the roster who can replace what Tucker brings to the table(that was not a fat joke).

I don't understand the holdup being tucker. I have a harder time getting rid of E.G. Than tucker. I guess both is maybe too much.

Prob no deal to be made here right? Rockets can't go e.g. And tucker. Tucker and knight isn't enough. Gordon and nene not enough.

I'd throw a 1st on top of tucker and knight for butler.

I would do it only if on a long term extension.
Why
Ego role is what Melo does but better
Tucker (role player for a in prime superstar) & I believe Clark is a rotation worth the player —> would be covered up by the other players till he becomes the glue that hold them together —> high B.B. IQ.

Paul,Harden, & Butler
Plus Melo & Capela
Plus MikeyD system
Plus a lot of average to good role players, too.

Wish we held onto Melton & Anderson

If HOU gets Jimmy, I'm not sure why Ariza would return to come off the bench. He could start at SA, OKC, NO
