All the talent in the world but with that kind of attitude? I don't care if you're a top 10~15 whatever player, if you can't give respect to your teammates. You're not a leader. (Again, don't compare his ugly attitude with KG. They're not even in the same league, KG is waaaaay more better than that punk)
All that hard work and effort to be a good player and earning a lot of money still didn't change his character.
You really can't buy class.
Interesting.
I can see you're the type of player & person that wouldn't offend teammates, family members, etc. even if it's the truth; which is fine, everyone has their own personality and I respect that.
For example, if a family member of mine was drinking or eating a toxic substance (and knew it wasn't good for them), I'm going to speak up because I care about that person - even if it offends them because it's the truth. The same would go for a sports teammate. If my teammate wasn't working in the gym to become the best player he could be, or isn't playing the game the right way, or is having mental lapses - I'm going to speak up because I care about the player and the team - even if it offends the person because it's the truth.
I love what he did and I understand his reasoning behind it. Maybe it's because I'm very competitive and hard-nosed type of person myself, and I would want someone to be truthful & bold to me the same way if wasn't doing the right thing, playing up to par, etc. I would love Butler as a teammate, but I understand some people wouldn't.
We should respect players, and people for who they are and their differences.
So in this scenario you have asked to leave your family because of this family members problem, then go to the family cookout to then scream at that person after going and arguing with family through Facebook? Then after words setting up an interview on the news about why your family member should quit the toxic substance?
