Yogi can put up points though if given minutes and a green light. Can't say the same for Juwan

True, guess it depends on what the team is looking for. Jawun is a backup who can pressure the ball and set up the offense, run a little pick and roll. His lack of outside shooting, at least based on what we know so far, since he could have improved, but that hurts him, and he can't finish well at the basket either. Can be picked up as a third string PG.

Looks Like A Cap Hit Will Take Place

Post#24 » by Wammy Giveaway » Mon Oct 15, 2018 6:17 pm

Based on the fact that Jerome Robinson, Milos Teodosic or Lou Williams are not with Johnson or Evans, it looks like the Clippers have been unable to find trade players and instead will be forced to waive them. Now we need to know if this will be a stretch or a full buyout. Either way, they're taking a cap hit, which will hinder their shots are THREE max-players.

But if the Clippers still like these guys, I wouldn't be surprised if they abused the G-League system. Here's how: you know how some players signed Exhibit 10 contracts in the preseason in order to collect a bonus provided they stay with their G-League affiliate for 60 days upon joining? By doing so, the Clippers retain their rights; the team can call up any of their Aqua Caliente players to fill in a spot for the Clippers without worry of losing their assets to another team. They could try something like this for Johnson and Evans.

Hopefully, they figure this out before the league closes that loophole next year.

Yup, just save a little bit of money, not bad. The guys most of predicted are gone, not surprising.

Can't believe we managed to trade Wes without getting a negative asset back in return. And we even saved money!

For the first time I can remember, there isn't a player on our roster that makes me cringe whenever they check into the game.

Jawun also seems to have a positive attitude and plays tough on the ball defense. I think he belongs in the league
