Finally! so amped for the season to start. Wish it wasnt on the road though.

Really interested to see kennys rotation, even if he goes 11 guys there are some big decisions:

9-man: Russell, Levert, Dinwiddie, Crabbe (if healthy), Harris, Carroll, RHJ (if healthy) Allen, Davis

10th/11th men: Dudley/Graham

Only in event of injury/foul trouble: Farired/Kurucs/Musa/Napier

that would be my guess.

My guess is carroll, dinwiidy, and crabbe will be in and out of the rotation throughout the season.

I highly doubt Dinwiddie ends up out of the rotation other than injury or being traded.

Most likely Kenny runs Russell/LeVert to start, Dinwiddie/Napier as the backcourt reserves.

Crabbe/Caroll/Harris on the wing, don't be shocked to see Graham getting time though. Something is going to have to give here.

RHJ/Dudley at PF

Allen/Davis at C

Its kind of tough because I liked what I saw from Faried and Rodi but there's only so many people that can play. running 11-12 guys is pushing it.

I think Kenny is going to value the ball handler guards higher in regards to playing time, and I don't see any reason not to play RHJ/Dudley/Allen/Davis up front. So that wing spot is going to be tricky.

did you guys see carroll is getting surgery on his ankle? also they are waiting until tomorrow workout to see if rondae will play, crabbe and napier are already out for tomorrow. looks like we are going to see dudley, faried, graham, and kurucs get some burn hopefully.

Uh where'd that come from? When Carroll missed the first preseason game, they said it was just rest so other guys could play. Now he's having surgery? That's crazy.

Dudley going from end of bench guy on Phoenix to opening day starter in one off-season is crazy.

Trying to predict who's in or out of the rotation is pretty useless until we have a full roster. We're down 4 rotation guys opening night. RHJ is a game time decision. I'd be surprised if he played.

@Paradise I'm diggin' the Jay Rock addition to the game thread. Nice work. Win..Win..Win..

As for the game, it finally starts counting going forward. I want to see minimal turnovers and aggressiveness on the boards with the added big men. I suspect Blake will get his (Boomer Sooner) but I'd like to see everyone including Drummond have to work to get their buckets.

Starters will be Russ-LeVert-Harris-RHJ-Allen if RHJ is ready to go, if not I can see Dudley or Graham starting.

Off the bench Dinwiddie-Graham-Kurucs-Dudley-Davis.

Injuries suck but the only positive is that guys like Rodi and Musa will have more opportunities to play and we'll see if they are ready.

From preseason Kurucs could easily be part of our rotation on opening night. He really opened a lot of eyes.

Musa looked a bit shaky so far which was expected. The number 1 difference between Musa and Kurucs is that Rodi looks like he can already play solid defense at NBA level plus with more playing time he can even get more comfortable, thus improve his all around game.

Musa defensively still looks a bit lost which is probably the main reason Kurucs is ahead of him in the rotation.

I love both picks by Marks. Curious how they will both turn out in the end.

Funny how Musa had all the hype coming in but Rodi is the one coming out on top so far.

4 guys playing SF? i dont see how that works. no way napier and dinwidde can both be in the rotation.

Carroll out with surgery helps clear things up a bit but you still only have 48 mintues for crabbe, harris, and graham if napier plasys

rodi isnt coming out on top by far... or even on top at all. he had some nice hustle in games that dont count where teams arent evene trying to win. both are 2-3 years from having any sort of real impact

Its about time that the Nets started embracing their overall history.

I wouldn't mind the front office extending an invite to Vince Carter to come around once he retires (if he feels like it). His jersey should be retired anyway, he's one of the greatest Nets of all time.

Read it again Prok. I said that something has to give there on the wing, and that the 4 ball handlers will probably take up the bulk of the minutes. I think Kenny is going to go with two ball handler backcourts 90% of the time so you will see Russell/LeVert/Dinwiddie/Napier in with each other

eh, I don't buy this. It may not happen this year but the idea that they are 3 years away from breaking this rotation is a stretch. the same thing was said about Jarrett Allen last year.
