We need MVP Yelich back. He was horrible tonight and in this series. Cain sucking and nobody was capable of getting a hit with 2 strikes. Effing machado just makes it more painful. This will be less painful if we can win tomorrow. Dodgers have to feel like they have complete control and confidence that Kershaw will pitch great tomorrow. Offense absolutely needs to put up 5 or 6 tomorrow.

Talk about a gut punch, series should be over but it's 2-2 and Kershaw is taking the mound in LA tomorrow

What the **** was CC doing this game? Starting schoop, not advancing Arica, not walking Bellinger. We probably would’ve won if he didn’t do just one of those things. I’m so salty after this one.

We kinda talked about how Schoop and Mous were bad ideas over Perez and Shaw and 0-11 later, I think we were right.

I knew I'd have to come in early to make it home in time for the first pitch today so I didn't come close to seeing the end of the game last night. On a scale of 1 to 10 with the BP, how screwed are we?

Yelich and Cain are going to have to start stringing together Yelich and Cain-esque AB's or this series is going to end in disappointing fashion. Add Jesus and Moose and these guys are looking like the April version of Orlando Arcia. Swinging at pitches way out of the zone and watching meatballs right down the heart of the plate.

Meh. I'm not blaming Counsell for anything in this one. If Arcia bunt-pops out, the narrative is "let the hottest hitter swing away." And Bellinger was 1 for 22 in the series.

Soul crushing loss. We've dominated this series yet somehow it's tied 2-2, staring at a 3-2 deficit going up against the best pitcher in baseball today. The top of the batting order has been abysmal this series. They need to start pulling their weight. When your best hitters are going a combined 1 of 11 at the plate.....you're gonna have a bad time.

I agree with all of this, except that Kershaw is the best pitcher in baseball. He isn't anymore, and he wasn't when we went up against them in game one, either. I call that out to give ourselves a little bit of hope. Yes, he could 'turn it on', suddenly be brilliant again, and no one would be surprised. But as of now, he's just...one of the best...not the best.

when your top 2 hitters cant get on base, ... you are asking for trouble. the fact that our pitching has been so amazing just makes these losses hurt so bad.

Putting a 13th inning loss on Counsell when the lineup couldn't get a timely hit all night. Some of you need to **** off.

Yeah its crazy. Out of the four Dodgers starters, Kershaw looked to have the worst stuff of the bunch. Now, I know over time thats not the case, but they're absolutely stacked at starting pitcher. Still need to put together better AB's. And of course we need Miley to keep on keepin on.

Yeah, seems like all it takes is two losses in our last 15 games for all the arm-chair coaches to come out out of the woodwork and rip on Counsell's decision-making. He put us in a perfect position to win last night and our best hitters kept choking at the plate. What else can you do?

I've said it before - baseball playoffs are brutal.
I've made the conscious decision to be happy for our team no matter what. NLDS in a lopsided sport is great for that team.
That being said - we deserve it - and I hope karma rules the day
And Machado and Puig are still punks. The thought of those guys moving on pisses me off
