The social life, yeah sure, you did an act to get pregnant, you have an obligation to see that child has life. There are things like adoption that's readily available, so no there's no being responsible for 18 years, it';s 9 months. 9 friggin months, but no, kill the child and make my life easier.
You have women pigeonholed. Again - the obligation for those 9 "friggin" months comes out of their lives not yours.
But I guess that is an obligation that you are happy to bestow upon them.
This reminds me of a business engagement I was in. I was running the US operations - the CEO was in Europe. For cash flow reasons, he decided that he wouldn't pay some US corporate taxes. As the officer of the US subsidiary I pointed out that act could send me to jail. His response, "well, that is a risk I am willing to take".
And therein lies the rub - it is a risk you are willing to make (but of course - you aren't taking the risk).
From this - it should be obvious to you why a majority of women don't agree with you...
And guess what's also not my worry, my body, my circumstance? People who can't afford health insurance, on welfare, heck even public education, yet I have to help fund all those things, so your argument is futile. it's the world we live in until some legislation passes where everyone is responsible for their own shiz, then yeah, we can stay out of other people's lives & decisions.
And I'm okay funding many of those, because some people were dealt a bad hand and need a little help, somepeople need to be looked out for, like babies, don't see that argument with healthy women
Of course you don't, its a risk you are willing to take for them...

They put themselves in the position of said risk, I didn't, you didn't, so really don't understand your argument. Abortion isn't birth control, so it should not be an easy out for a whoops, that's just cold blooded.

Fact check on Trump's deficit reduction - not so much. All he is doing is leaving us more vulnerable for the next downturn.

Why do you give a ****? Maybe instead of imagining all of these scenarios in which lazy irresponsible women are murdering their babies, just recognize that you don't have a clue what's going on with their lives and should withhold judgment. You're literally daydreaming about these lazy baby murderers while operating off of zero actual information about their lives.

1. take away the free stuff for having a child.
2. throw fathers into forced labor jail who dont pay child support...use their "pay" to pay for child.
3. free condoms at all schools high schools.
Do these 3 things and you will see massive decrease in unwanted pregnancy. Massive! Those kids will wear those condom every time. especially the dudes. And i'm dead serious...I had a dead beat dad that made excellent money. great money and didn't pay child support. The threat of jail and he would have ponied up real quick. throw em in jail for not paying!! Sell their houses, cars, everything...for not paying...they must pay for their own child.
like i said, its a full rebuild.

Defended a woman committing adultery... sigh... when did Christianity abandon the whole "judge not lest ye be judged" and forgiveness things in favor of judging constantly and finding it hard to have any degree of sympathy for someone in a situation where they have no good options? That's such an about-face from what the new testament is actually about... I'm not in favor of anyone committing adultery. I feel people should have some freedom to make decisions for themselves and I also feel that reducing complicated situations to single choices made by a woman is absolutely ridiculous. I don't think all conservative men or evil or that women can do no wrong. I do feel that our society is wildly imbalanced in terms of how it holds people accountable and you're doing a great demonstration of why that is.

Tax and Spend Trump... TaST - his new nickname.
He is even spending on defense that the DoD doesn't want
Wait, who is saying this? Congress’ nonpartisan budget scorekeepers - ah, the swamp creatures..
They have us moving the federal debt to be one of the largest in history - wait, there is more - the fiscal shortfalls will outpace those of that followed World War II - but it is from more swamp creatures - the CBO.
Trump's plan that he can bankrupt a country like a business is working!

As I mentioned before, I'm a Christian by way of believing Jesus is the Son of God, but I don't go to church anymore, or pray, or practice, etc. i've lived long enough to know that God plays favorites, and I'm not one of them, so that is what it is. I say that to reiterate that I'm not speaking from some holier art though mountain or trying to push religious beliefs on others, certain things are just basic human decency, protecting a child and being faithful to your spouse (unless you have an open type agreement) are two of those things.
People should have freedom when it involves decisions for themselves of course, but in the case of an abortion, it's not just them, there's a baby involved.

I will say, I find it amusing that I questioned why Christianity lost it's forgiveness and non-judgmental stuff and you responded by saying that you've basically abandoned everything about Christianity except for believing in Jesus, which implicitly suggests you've abandoned the forgiveness and are only really cool with believing in Jesus rather than any of his actual teachings. I know that's not what you were intending, but I'd suggest you read that again.

Re: Political Roundtable Part XXIII
asking all the cabinet departments to cut 5% is just another instance where trump has no gosh darn clue wtf is going on.
1) the money's already spent. it's budgeted by congress. you can't "give it back" to erase a deficit. the U.S. doesn't have a checking account where money is debited and credited.
2) Even if you could give it back, the disparity between department budgets makes this proposal completely nonsensical. HHS has a budget of over a trillion and department of commerce has a budget of 10 billion. What sense does it make to ask for across the board cuts of 5%.
none of this stands up to scrutiny. none of it.
it has nothing to do with partisanship. it's entirely about competency.

So you honestly think that the majority of the women having an abortion due to an accidental pregnancy are doing it for the sake of the baby? As if it were in the baby's best interest not to have life? I can't fathom the rationale there at all.
I knew a young lady who got pregnant unexpectedly, and felt she did not have the means to care for it. She didn't have what she felt was a great job or stable home life, but what she did do was be accountable, she had her baby and gave her up for adoption. And last I talked to her, the little girl was adopted to a wonderful family and all sides are overjoyed.
And in my opinion, there should be varying levels of forgiveness. Certain things can't be made right, you can't un-abort a child, so yes, I find actions like those much less forgivable than say theft, lies, etc.

I'm asking why you care what the reason for the abortion is and why you think you should be the arbiter of what is likely the biggest decision in a woman's life.

because certain reasons matter, I said it at nausea, rape, or her or the baby's life is in danger. terrible circumstances beyond comprehension
Why I care about if it was nothing more than an accidental pregnancy, because an innocent life is being killed because two people can't man up/woman up if you will or just basically be accountable for their actions.

"at nausea" lmao
This personal responsibility bull is coming from someone who has no **** clue how much other people struggle. Your perspective is severely limited and all you can fathom is that your life was pretty easy so everyone else should just suck it up because you made it.
Forget debating about whether abortion is murder - you fundamentally do not understand how people on the margins actually live, or how anyone with fewer resources than you can't just 'man up' at the snap of a finger and raise a child.
