Nah, shooting was questionable but not to this degree. I would say, other top prospects at that time had higher floor than him. Lonzo had iq, Tatum scoring, JJ motor and defense, Isaac size and speed. Fultz was solid all around, but not great in any aspect of the game. Most of his college highlights looked like this
Great stat line, but almost every drive/jumpshot is highly contested. And that's on college level. I think he still can be solid at P'n'R, but ironically he plays on a team which never runs P'n'Rs
