We are in the game!
Coach needs to tweak the 2nd unit. Maybe Hield goes there when Bogie comes in

I hate NBA refs. "oh you are a star, that looks like you went to the rim tough... Thats a foul"

It makes me really dislike watching basketball. I've been a hardcore kings fan for 20 years, and between the warriors, lebron joining the Lakers, and the kings being stuck in hell, I dont think I'll watch the NBA outside of the kings for the first time in everICMTM wrote:RipPizzaGuy wrote:I hate NBA refs. Bjelica might be Vlades best signing yet. Why Jackson finished the game instead of him is anyones guess.

Game went better than expected.
I am satisfied.
Close loss.
Maybe make a couple of more adjustments and we could have stole this one.
Oh well, on to the next one.

Dave Joerger lost this game. Why in the world was Justin Jackson in at the end of the game over Bjelicia?

Literally just posted the same exact thing. Bagley was on an awfully short leash too. Sounds too familiar...

Re: Game #1 Sacramento vs Utah
Best thing about tonight was raising WCS' trade value.
He played well against the best defensive player in the league.
Several more games like this, we can trade him off for real decent value.

Re: Game #1 Sacramento vs Utah
Bagley got the Skal treatment.
Very short leash and very few minutes.
Unfair, imo.
Bagley was good on offense but he wasn't that great defensively I think.
What is Joerger thinking? Benching the the #2 pick for stupid reasons.
Shumpert was trash (other than spot defense) and yet he played over Bagley.

I've long been WCS last supporter, and I truly believe hes a very talented guy whose been held back in Joergers system. But after his ready to get paid comments, Its clear he doesn't love the game but just wants the money. His effort level is going to increase but it should be clear to anyone in the organization that it won't maintain once he gets that check.
If we pay him anywhere near 80 million ill lose my mind.. He should maybe get annually what Julius Randle got this summer.

Same.
WCS is a contract player. He's gonna obviously up his effort and performance in his last year of his current contract to get the $$$.
Like you said, he is a very talented and productive player when his head is screwed on but his comments in the offseason was very alarming. I always wanted him gone by the deadline last season to salvage some concrete value but now? He's gotta need to play very well this year for other teams to gamble on him.

Re: Game #1 Sacramento vs Utah
Now that was an entertaining game!
Bjelica and Yogi both balled out today. I was unaware Bjelica had that much game! He's long too. Signings are looking good after game 1.
Another game, another day i question Joerger's rotation.
I noticed Skal got no run at all.
Fox is gonna be a problem!

I’m a year or two past hoping for anything other than a non existent 8/5 next game.. But he is talented naturally and when he’s on his game he’s a player on those nights
